What a treat on the coast! They have the best fajitas. They marinate the onions, peppers, and mushrooms in this wonderful bright marinade. It comes out sizzling with your choice of protein, we always get chicken or shrimp. The corn tortillas are soft and delicious. Service is warm and kind. Photo below is a shrimp tostada, which is also fantastic. We will be back!

Chips were cold and stale, salsa was good. This place was wayyyyy understaffed and our server kept forgetting stuff for the table. I don't think it was her fault she was trying to juggle to many tables. It wasn't bad enough to give a second try, our visit was just disappointing because it could of been sooo much better fairly easily.

Our first time at this restaurant and what a great experience. Everyone was super friendly. All our food was delicious. My son ordered a bean and cheese burrito but it came with sauce on it. The owner ? saw that he didn't like sauce, and immediately offered to get him a plain one. A new one was out in 5 minutes. My son was grateful for that. And devoured it!Plus it was his birthday, so that made it even more special. Thanks again El Trio Loco. We will return for sure.

This has a cozy, warm atmosphere with Booths! And the Mexiican music is not too loud. The food is very good. I chose the Chile Rellano because they do not make it with eggs...and I was not disappointed!

Delicious! The designs painted on the booths looked very fresh. Service was outstanding and very friendly and not intrusive. Chips were hot and fresh and the salsa was delicious. I had the Enchiladas Bandara (one each chicken, ground beef, shredded beef) and my partner ordered the steak fajita nachos. HUGE very hot plates of food. We left very full. We didn't have any alcohol, so I can't comment on the Margaritas. They offer take out, too! We will absolutely be back. Top notch Mexican food in Gearhart!

Food was very good and portion sizes were hearty. I could have been full on the mini burrito. The regular size one was huge and filled up with chicken. Service was prompt and courteous.

I love the booths and the tile work. All the Mexican kitsch is great. I got the El Trio Loco. The shrimp were overcooked rubber, barely edible. The carne asada was quite tasty, and the pollo asada was amazing. Made for some good leftovers. The beans and rice were solid good. My kids got the small chicken burrito, which wasn't that good. Tighten up that chicken burrito, amigos. In any case, real good if you get the right menu items. And I have no idea what was going on with the shrimp, but that's just not good eats. The chips and salsa were quite good, although the salsa was really thin, like a seasoned v8 juice. Your base should be crushed tomatoes, mi familia. Even so, it was good enough for three of us to plow through two baskets of chips like the gringos we are.I'd come here again, just avoiding the shredded chicken and the shrimp. Any dish with the word asada in it and you should be golden.

Best service. Stopped on our way to Oregon. We ordered takeout that was packed very systematically. The food was great as well. Imo, quantity was slightly more than average.
