Went for my birthday and the lanes broke every other frame. Nobody around watching to fix it. Played 3 games and it took 3hrs. Pizza was good and good beverages but the bowling alley sucks.

Had family visit from out of town. We ate around 6 p.m. on Thursday. Clean, friendly, and not too busy. We had a variety of food. Pizza, hot wings, onion rings, and macho nachos. Everything was fantastic. Definitely will be going back, and maybe next time, we'll even try a couple games of bowling.

The pizza was awesome. The burgers where mid at best. The bowling was fun. But.... The balls kept getting stuck and the pins would not fully reset. It would get stuck halfway... And the lead up was so sticky it was like trying to slide on glue.Kid-friendliness: Was very good for kids

You need to put on your web site that it's bowling with reservations ONLY!!!! You can't just walk in and bowl or wait for open lanes. Very bad customer service!!

I ordered the chicken wings and they were awful. They were so overcooked, no flavor, and I had to use a steak knife to try to cut them. Absolutely disgusting.

"I have been a loyal customer of Fultanos for more than 30 years. However, during my recent visit, I had a terrible experience with one of their bowling technicians. Not only was he disrespectful towards another employee, but he also accused me of not paying my bill, even though I had shown him my receipt. He completely disregarded what his coworker said and took over the transaction. It's been two weeks now, and I still haven't heard back from the headquarters despite submitting a complaint. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the entire experience. Even though the manager tried to defend his employee by saying that he gets overwhelmed during busy hours, it's unacceptable to accuse a loyal customer of stealing, especially in front of my son's whole team. As a result, I have decided not to visit Fultanos again."
