Kyle was bartending down in the Pot Bunker when we came in. He was absolutely amazing. Very personable and attentive not just with us, but everyone in the room.

Overall - My first McMenamins and perhaps the last. At least I will not be revisiting this location. 1st observation: Poor signage: we waited at what appeared to be the host stand, eventually learning it was for the hotel check-in. We needed to seat ourselves & let wait staff know. Asking staff, we found wonderful, dog-friendly, deck seating. 2nd) Ordering was a mix as there was 1 menu for 4 of us. Drinks & appetizers came fast. Entrees were tasty and timely except for a terribly dry, over-priced salmon. 3) Service - Understaffed? While food and drinks came as expected. There was no follow-up. Getting a 2nd drink or refills was only when entrees arrived. 4) Atmosphere - The view of the golf course was par. The inside bar area pleasant. The were a number of families making for a bit of a noisy experience, but it is a family friendly tourist destination. It's dog friendly which goes a long way in my book, but I'd spend my $$$ somewhere else.

The burger on the happy hour menu is amazing! They had great clam chowder too!

Attended a brewfest here, can't speak on food, as I didn't order any but its an absolutely beautiful property

Waited 20 minutes after being seated. No one helped us. So we left. That’s it. That’s the review.

Updated: decided to try breakfast here as we stayed at the hotel. Breakfast was a completely different experience. Service was right away. Food was excellent. Maybe just an off night.

I had the Ragin' Cajun Ahi Soft Tacos and my wife had the Cider House Turkey Dip. Both meals tasted good. The Turkey in the sandwich was very flavorful. The gravy dip was so-so.

Grumpy old lady behind the bar called my dad and I stupid under her breath after we asked for menus, stating "this is a full service kinda place" like we were idiots. Pensioner purgatory!

Ate the brisket sandwich with Cajun spiced tots. Very good. Had a flight of their craft beers. I was not disappointed.
