Our waiter didn't come to us for at least 15minutes after being seated, then another 5 or more to bring water. We did. It ordered drinks but by the time he came to take a drink order we had all of our food ready to be ordered due to the time we had been waiting. We ordered the prime rib and risotto with chicken added per our server's recommendation. He came back to verify our order, recalling the risotto with salmon- I have a seafood allergy. He was glad he checked as were we. Our bread arrived, it was a little dry but pretty good, my husband ordered a soda at this time. The soda never came. When the bus boy came to help deliver the food, he was bringing us someone else's food. Then he came back with ours, there was no chicken. He asked if we'd like a steak knife.. yes of course with a steak. The knife had dried food on it. New knife. The server came with a filet of chicken to now put on top of risotto now missing the flavor of the risotto. We asked for the soda again. The risotto had I kid you not 2 cups of mushrooms in it. I should have asked what the “seasonal vegetables” were. There were no pine nuts in the risotto as it stated on the menu. We chose the attic because we are staying here. We should have gone to side door cafe. They weren't overly busy so I'm not sure what the issue was with the slow service and the inability to remember the 4 total items we ordered. I'm forgetful too! I write things down.
Had three appetizer options, soup , salads, and one meal. All enter that had vegan available clearly labeled. Bonus points for carrying plane-based butter for three bread. Some good cocktails to
It was off season so they were short staffed. But the service was good, the people were all in a good mood. The food was pretty good all be it a bit expensive. I had the steak. It was cooked perfectly and the sides were very tasty. A nice place at a destination resort.
The food was well priced and cooked perfectly. We really enjoyed our anniversary dinner. The bar was very busy so it was really loud which was bothersome. Our reservation was at 7:15pm on a Friday.
This place offers a huge variety of vegan options, especially along the coastline. It’s way more than we usually find at a single restaurant back home!
We stayed at the Salishan Resort in September 2024 for two nights and enjoyed several meals from the Attic. The food, presentation, and service were exceptional (salads, bowls, and breakfast were especially amazing and I loved the fresh ingredients). A special thank you to the hostess at the Attic – I believe her name is Anna (spelling?). She kept me company at the bar while I was waiting for a takeout dinner order, she has a sweet spirit and lovely energy. If possible, please pass on my gratitude to the chefs and Anna.

Food is inedible. A Buddha Bowl that was supposed to be a healthy mix of vegetables and tofu arrived with everything fried to the same color brown drenched in salty sauce. A request for dimple grilled vegetables with rice came as a tasteless mixture with stale cold dry rice. I gave up and went back to my room without dinner.
The place was very disorganized. Servers don't know what tables are whose and food and drink take a very long time. Drinks were fine, food was disappointing. Not much flavor and expensive for rudimentary prepared entrees. Also make a reservation
It's a great spot that is very popular, particularly for tourists staying at the lodge. Not many vegan/vegetarian choices on menu. Other items sound very good, but I cannot comment on them. I'm a local and golf here many times a year (the golf course is OUTSTANDING), and wish the better half and I could dine here more often. Staff is friendly enough, but when it comes to dinner suggestions they tend to just recommend removing ingredients rather than suggesting substitutions. I was in the fine dining industry for many years and that approach would have never sufficed. I travel a lot for work and play and maybe I've just been lucky, but it seems like something a highly regarded resort should not be lacking so profoundly. Jackfruit chili (cheese removed) is superb. Good atmosphere. Live music on occasion.
Vegetarian options: Terrible options for vegans, only slightly better for vegetarians

Our experience was ok. We booked our reservation on the patio but it was closed. Also, The wait time for food and drinks were longer than expected because the restaurant was short staffed. Our appetizer never came but the steak bowl we ordered was enjoyable.

We went to the Attic on a Wednesday evening specifically for the music they offer on Wednesday evenings. Each time we have been there, the quality of the music is outstanding. We had drinks and some bread to absorb them a bit. The bread was amazing with delicious herb butter and the cocktails were delightful and creative.
Rib eye was really good and so was the halibut. Old fashioned drink is great but wouldn’t recommend the siesta drink it tasted full of food color chemicals. Always come here to when in Lincoln city away from the crowds and beautiful grounds at

This was the worst dining experience my family has ever had. If you are old enough to remember the movie "Waiting" it was like watching it IRL, which may have been entertaining if we weren't the hungry paying customer!
The manager was helping a couple who I can only assume were his friends, that were seated on the patio after us. He checked on this couple literally every 5 minutes. Mean while our waitress took 10 minutes to get our drink and food order and we had to ask for crayons for our sons menu activities. Another 10 minutes to bring our drinks. Never checked on us once. We had to go to her at the bar twice for drink refills and still no food. Finally I went to her at the bar and asked if she could check on our order, which we had asked to get "to go" already by that time. She replied "OH NO WE ARE NOT HAVING THIS ATTITUDE". It was laughable at that point. I asked to pay for our drinks and we left to our room and ordered room service. The same pizza we ordered showed up to our room within 10 minutes.
Poor management, poor communication between employees, long wait times even when not busy, horrible customer service!

The Attic balcony is gorgeous, and they can make any cocktail you want. However, the food is... interesting. One of few times I've left almost everything on the table. The waiter seemed used to that. We had the bread and herb butter, Brussels, and pizza. The pizza crust was ok. But they put most of the toppings on after it came out of the oven. ?
This is one of the onsite dining options for Salishan Coastal Lodge, it was so disappointing. It didn't look busy when we tried to go, but were told it'd be a 30-45 minute wait for food so we went elsewhere.
The second time we tried it was for drinks (glass of wine and a cocktail) and it took about 30 minutes to receive them.
We were seated outside, but when we asked if they could turn on the heater, were told it was out of propane. It wasn't late in the evening. It seems silly to have an outdoor seating area if it's not properly prepared for guests. We were going to order some food, but noticed that everything was being run from a kitchen downstairs and then brought upstairs? That’s some kitchen nightmares energy. Besides that, the prices seemed high for what was being offered.
