Best breakfast in the county, definitely worth the drive 🥞

I was there when a small group of very rude, elderly people came in demanding they make breakfast even though it was 45 mins past when they stop breakfast. They tried using a cancer diagnosis as a pass to be extremely rude to the owner even as she apologized and recommended another local spot they could get breakfast. They run a great kitchen, but it’s not big enough to do breakfast all day and anybody who can’t understand that should stay home and cook their own breakfast or at least go to breakfast in the MORNING. This is a great place with great food and very kind owners and employees who clearly take pride in what they do.

Thanks for the delicious food!

Rude ownership would not recommend. My 87 year-old Navy veteran father and 80-year-old mother went to have breakfast for their 62 wedding anniversary. I had never been there before but supposedly they stopped making breakfast at 11. We got there at 11:30. We were told by the owner that the kitchen was serving lunch now but at 11:45 plates came up from the kitchen that were draped with bacon omelettes so pretty much breakfast items so the owner pretty much lied to us after my mom said we were there for their 62nd wedding anniversary. We were the only other patrons in the restaurant other than this table of three older people that the owner was sitting with and actually knew and was a bad mouthing prior customers as well. On my 87-year-old father went to ask if it's possible to get some eggs because he was diagnosed with cancer on his kidneys. The owner came over and told him we were switched to lunch so when I argued the point that what about the plates of breakfast that we just serve served to the only other table there you were obviously not switched over to lunch. She proceeded to tell us we could go down the road to another café that was serving breakfast. In Douglas County, which is scarce for a restaurants it is bad management and bad customer service and just bad business to do that to people anyway especially the day after Christmas when everyone's on a holiday routine anyway given it's a Friday after Christmas Day there's no reason why you can't accommodate Customer especially when your cooks are obviously still preparing breakfast. Would not recommend a restaurant that cannot cater to the public. It's the whole purpose of them being open. Customer Service comes first. learn that if you're going to own a restaurant.

We love 138 Grill! Today we had the Chicken Club and Fajita salad, and both were incredible. I think our favorite guilty pleasure there (other than the awesome deserts) is the grilled cheese jalopeno popper sandwich and tots, though - always great food and great service.

Went here for a business lunch with a group of 6. Service was very friendly and attentive. All enjoyed their food which came out fresh in a timely manner tasting delicious. I had the Chicken Club with fries. Definitely top notch for Glide. We will be doing our lunch meetings here regularly now. Another amazing lunch and service at the 138 today.

This place was super good, and the price of everything was really good, just about under $20 for everything on the menu. I got there special, which was a BBQ pulled pork sandwich with house-made fries, and I cleaned my plate. I definitely recommend it if you're heading up to Crater Lake!

My Godfather said this is the best restaurant he went to and he’s right. I had a grilled burrito special and my godfather had burger. The food is hella good. I would highly recommend eating here. Absolutely worth it.

I’m not saying we specifically came all the way from Berlin, Germany to eat here — but I’m also not saying we didn’t 😊
What a great place! The food was great, the music well picked and you could tell, the team runs the place with passion, skill and good spirit. They served an entire local varsity team on the porch and there was no stress, no waiting and no sloppiness in preparing the food. Highly recommended
