Stopped here twice because it was so good! Some perfectly sized lunch options. Great art and local craft offerings were such a nice touch

A great coffee shop! Great pastries, they have some used books for sale, Knick knacks for sale, and it’s a great place to hang out, looks like locals come and play games in here….

I ordered The Raven and a donut with white frosting. The donut was for my husband, who said it tasted so good and fresh. The Raven coffee was for me, which I had to stop myself from devouring on the spot. It's a dark chocolate and berry coffee. They offer different options for their drinks, blended, iced, hot and cold. I went with iced which was very tasty.

I adore the menu chalk board. They have some fun bookish inspired drinks, all of which I wanted to try but couldn't. I really liked the art gallery and theater vibes of the place. It's big and open and at the time it was quiet and cozy. When I go back to Gold Beach, First Chapter will be my first stop.

The lady who took my order, Blakely, was the sweetest person, she made my day! The coffee was the best I’ve had on my trip so far and the burrito I ordered was amazing. Couldn’t recommend a place more

Stopped in twice on a weekend trip to Brookings. The Rogue roasters java is expertly brewed. Love the eclectic space and friendly staff.

This is the only place I get my coffee in Gold Beach. The coffee is always good and always consistent. Some places are a little bitter, but not here. The drink menu is based off classic novels and characters like Lestat and Peter Pan but they also have regular mocha and lattes. I also love the blended lemonade with coconut and lime. The staff is awesome too! Ocean, Evyn and Brynley always make my day better! And Tyler is absolutely killing it in the kitchen with the baked goods lately. Try a cinnamon roll or a chocolate chip cookie (they're huge!). There is art to browse and buy as well as a nice selection of used books. It’s the perfect place to sit and catch up with friends while you get yourself a little treat. (Side note: as a customer, please be kind and respectful to the people serving you. A please and thank you goes a long way)
