Got on the crab wish list and picked up Crab for our New Years dinner, they cleaned & cooked them and YUM, nice, sweet meat. Thank you love getting a case of tuna each season and fresh fish when we're in fish mode.
UPS just delivered several pounds of Lingcod to me here in Southern California. It's frozen rock solid and looks perfect. It came vacuum sealed in several packs professionally done.One of the packs was a blue meat Ling.
