So I really like the porthole café, but…
So there was a large lady with long brown hair and a ponytail that work there that was just spending time, feeding her face and playing on her phone. Apparently, she was paying attention to me because I said that I don’t think I can finish my tuna and she said “come on grandma you can do it!”. So first of all I’m 57 years old and nobody’s freaking grandma or mother and I don’t appreciate this lazy girl making comments like that. It makes me not want to ever go there again. There’s always that one worker that does nothing but fool around and this girl was it.

Ordered a hamburger to go with charged a credit card charge even after i used cash and brought it up. They still mischarged even after I called numerous times to have it changed. This place is not very honest

Really sweet place, with excellent water views. Our waitress (woman with glasses and her hair up) was phenomenal, making sure we were taken care of. The manager was rude, and makes me not want to return. You should respect your customers, and your employees.

I wish I could remember the waitress/server's name. Truly a warm person, great recommendations and attentive. Fries were hot, crisp. Salmon fish and chips were great. Good beer selection.
