It was ok. The chimichanga was good. The tostada was pretty flavorless, and the cocktails were not good at all.

I love going here, the food portion has gotten smaller recently but that's understandable. The food is still as good as always. The chairs are comfy they are made out of wood and leather. There was music and t.v the server was super nice as well.

Called to ask about food because we were staying in the park. They were very rude.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. The food is wonderful and authentic. My grandson likes the outside dining area with the sand.

A really bad experience with the food and drinks. Margaritas were on special for $5 but were so bad I could not drink mine. I switched to beer but it was flat and must have been end of keg, my first choice was not available. Couldn’t finish that.
I ordered fish tacos with peppers and onions. I wanted to send them back, but I was hungry. Firstly, you don’t fry tortillas until they are soggy. Then you don’t chop up fish into small pieces and fry them with over fried peppers and onions. Chef was clueless. Rice was not good, and beans were dried out. My partner had a burrito that was so dry and he couldn’t eat rice or beans either.
Waiter was pleasant, but the food was really bad. Chips and salsa were decent. Would never go back, but we spent $50.

Was visiting the area and found this place. . Absolutely wonderful. All the staff were very friendly, the food was yummy, and the cute patio with an “sandy beach’ was really delightful. Highly recommend. Also dog friendly.

Vegetarian options: I’m a vegetarian and found plenty of food to eat here.

I was searching all over a Gold beach for a place where my dog could go with me as we were on a “Mom and Dog“ trip. I heard gold Beach had a lot of dog friendly restaurants, but it was coming up negative. I went into this establishment and they welcomed my dog right away. It did take a while as they were super busy, but that’s a good sign, right? Sat on a gorgeous little patio. Had an excellent Palomo. I ordered The Ramsey which was the most delectable Chile Relleno with shrimp and tender pork verde. There was a wonderful musician playing. Wonderful service even though they were busy!

Our server provided exceptional service, exemplifying politeness, friendliness, and professionalism. The cuisine was exquisite, with the carne asada being a highlight, boasting immense flavor and perfectly grilled jalapeño. We are already planning a return visit.

this is not real Mexican food. if you are looking for Mexican food, please find somewhere else to eat. if you like highly americanized Mexican food, you might like this. the food was very bland. when I asked for any chile or salsa, they gave me the options of tapatío or a habanero tabasco. horchata was thick and goopy and had gone bad.

our server was pleasant enough. she stayed kind although others in my party treated her rudely.

Don't waste your time, money. Buffet was overpriced at $22/adult and food was limited in choices and meat was dry. Fresh tortillas were great however. Flan was flat. Churros were rock hard. Fruit was fresh. Bathrooms were as dirty as a frat house. If management can't get staff to clean bathroom for guest comfort, what does kitchen look like? Sorry, not sorry.

Got directed hear by the local bud-tenders and was not disappointed. Great staff with live music for a part of the evening (call in advance). Got the Chimihanga.
