Went ro Applebees's last night. Service was marginal and food was not to good. We order steak and I got salmon. Salmon was ok but potatoes and beans were Luke warm. Steak was order med well and it came out med rare. Potatoes and broccoli were cold. Service took a long time and when I tried to pay it took them at least 15 minutes after taking my card to get order paid. Probsbltnot going back

Stopped here on a whim. It's an Applebee's slash IHOP. Right off the freeway in Grants Pass. That should be all I have to say.

NO GLUTEN FREE!!
I am gluten free. I love IHOP gluten free pancakes and waffles.
I was excited because instead of having to go to Medford (30 miles) to have gluten-free pancakes I was now going to be able to eat gluten free pancakes in my very own International House of Pancakes right here beautiful Grants Pass! 😍
It ENDED...NO GLUTEN FREE. Waitress said lack of demand!
I would guess it comes from a mix and you would think it would not be hard to have on hand. Jeez! Less than 60 days. What a drag!
The merger of Applebee's and IHOP has been a positive one here. And we went for dinner last night and despite them being very busy and short staffed, they were attentive and the food came out hot and tasty overall.

We initially went because they were having a deal where you get an appetizer and 2 entrees for like $25, they showed burgers and other options as some of entree options but when we got there burgers weren't even part of the deal. So I ordered some chicken strips and fries but that was a $4 up charge for some reason? We then waited 40 minutes for just our appetizer, other customers came in after us and were served food before us. Finally after like 55 minutes we got our meals and I seriously almost laughed when she put the basket of chicken strips in front of me. They were literally inedible and the driest things I've ever lied eyes on, they looked like someone chopped the fingers off a mummy. It was the saddest dining experience I've ever had, I wouldn't even feed those things to my dog, and I was charged $4 extra for them, and don't get me started on my sprite that was flat, all syrup and no carbonation.
Other employees came in off the clock to order food and their orders took priority and came out right away while we waited 40 minutes just for 1 order of onion rings, I could've grown my own onion in the time it took them to make theres. Overall experience was a 1/10, I won't be returning.

Staff outright sucked. Entitled! Lazy! Took forever! Food was not terrible and service was really bad. Very expensive for what you get, food was cold. Would have been better off going to McDonald's Another customer called the staff out on the crappy service and attitudes and that was the best part of the dining experience. The place was clean.

This Applebee's was the worst Applebee's I've ever been to. We stopped for a quick bite on our way home from the coast of Oregon, back to Northern CA and, we finally saw our server over 10 mins after we sat (it was not busy) and she served other guest who came in after us. Taking their orders first. The food was OK. Our server never brought my husband's mayo or checked on us after getting our food, until bringing the check, by then we were ready to go. I'd never stop there again, when we drive thru Grants Pass. There are plenty of other great places to eat in that town, with far better customer service.
