Applebee's Grill + Bar

Very disappointing! Our order was lost and after about a half hour we were informed of it and it was resubitted. The appetizer portion of our order still did not arrive for another half hour. Then the entree arrived about 10 minutes after the appetizer and it wasn't even warm. Don't want to risk getting sick from cold food. Gave food 2* because the onion ring appetixer was great. To be fair this Applebee's /ihop just reopened after converting to the joint restaurants. It appears all the staff was brand new and probably most have no prior restaurant experience. Only been open 2 weeks. Prior to the redo of this restaurant we patronized this establishment quite often and the food and service were quite good. Maybe in a few months we'll give it a second chance. Maybe?

Jamie is the worst server she may be nice but she cries at the drop of a hat she buts in people conversations the food is nasty do better

Pasta was cold and stuck together. The red sauce on the chicken as very good. The bread stick was rolled in grease and SALTY and barely warm. Service was congenial.

I got one bite of onion in my burger but it does taste great. Expensive and it just meets expectations

Food was good but service was a bit slow. Maybe because it was a Tuesday but the server was not getting service help from the bar causing her to get far behind on almost every table. Please have both food and bar runners available at all times.

Food was good. Haven't been to an Applebee's in awhile. Received the check to find out that I was charged a fee for using my debit card. I understand if I was at a small, local business. But, at a chain restaurant....? We were a small group, but if we had several people in the party....that would have been too much. Might want to rethink that whole idea if you want to have repeat customers. Personally rethinking of coming back

Food was not bad, service was not bad but the place was awfully dirty overall. Also lots of dirty tables for being so slow. We could hear employees complaining in the back.
