I love Arbys! But this last time.they mixed up my order and I paid for the person behind me. Supposed to be reversed but as of today still on my acct...but the people in the drive thru have always been super nice and my food has always been hot n fresh

Drive-through order.
Philly Cheese steak $10 each.
The order was processed quickly and with a friendly manner. The order was received complete.
The sandwich was a little smashed.
The bun was very soft and fresh. There was an ample amount of meat to fill the bun. The cheese, peppers, and onions were incorporated nicely and resemble the advised item.
The flavor was the downfall. I found the sandwich to be bland. The sandwich contents were very mild in flavor. Peppers and onions had no flavor 😢 .
I was hoping for better.
It is was it is.... a fast food sandwich.

Stood in line for 10 minutes watching the kitchen staff argue with the manager. Manager looks at us and says “we would take your order but you wouldn’t get your food soon anyway” so we went to Taco Bell. At least let us order and get a drink?

We like to stop at Arby's because we like the food but the dining room is very cold. Couldn't enjoy eating inside and no other areas available. Don't plan a return visit unless we have sweatshirts, jackets or maybe even a blanket. The people behind the counter didn't give us the impression they were interested in even checking.

I don't get to have Arby's very often cuz there's not one too close to us. So when I do get to have it I really enjoy it my go-to is either beef and cheddar or the French dip. This particular Arby's was out of the cheese that normally goes on the French dip and I ordered one with cheese and one without cheese but of course they both came with a substitute cheese. Luckily I checked and cut it cuz my mother-in-law is lactose intolerant lol. The employees were pretty friendly. Can't really say much about the atmosphere the inside was pretty empty as it was fairly late at night when I went but would definitely recommend this place just check your order.

It was really quiet... I will say this the cashiers that were working that day handle themselves very well when a customer was complaining about the app not working to get the specials. The girls handle it like true customer service reps calm and composed. I was very impressed.... Side note I tried it on my app and it worked just fine. Could have been operator error...

Have had multiple poor experiences with grants pass Arby’s. They are often “out of chicken,” have given us wrong items, and today their fryer was down for cleaning, so I had to wait and could not get a refund. When I finally did get my sandwich, apparently that freshly cleaned fryer cooks faster than an uncleaned one because my sandwich was a hockey puck, and somehow that lead to my bun being burnt. 100% done. If you don’t want to serve food, please don’t be open

The person running the drive up windows did not have access to the cash register. By the time, about 15 minutes, the other girl opened the tiller for her!!! By this time my fish sandwich was cold!
