I love Arbys! But this last time.they mixed up my order and I paid for the person behind me. Supposed to be reversed but as of today still on my acct...but the people in the drive thru have always been super nice and my food has always been hot n fresh

I don't get to have Arby's very often cuz there's not one too close to us. So when I do get to have it I really enjoy it my go-to is either beef and cheddar or the French dip. This particular Arby's was out of the cheese that normally goes on the French dip and I ordered one with cheese and one without cheese but of course they both came with a substitute cheese.
