This was almost a 5 star experience! The staff was kind and friendly. Ice cream and fruit smoothie delicious BUT i hardly got to experience our ice cream…. as soon as we got there ordered and paid, my toddler had to take a poop and bathrooms were closed! For an establishment that has employees and frequent children stop by, you NEED a working bathroom. We went next door and no bathroom allowed. We ended up having to walk to Toyota to find a working bathroom that we were allowed to use. What happened to the ice cream? It melted. That’s how our ice cream afternoon went. Please fix your bathroom.

Made us wait in 20 minutes due to slow service only 3 cars in the line, just to shut everything down when we got to order board Lady taking orders was very rude. their google and their website says they close at 10:30 they closed at 10. Should really update that if it's not true.

The girl just stared at us without saying a word. Didn't ask to take our order or anything. We made our order and she gave us the wrong product. I can't have food coloring and she gave me sprinkles, so I had to throw away more than half of what was supposed to be my birthday treat. I liked what they had the other day when they gave me what I wanted but now I have no interest in going back.

Wow what a Rip. Two scoop sundae 5.99. I don't even care about the money but if you go out to get ice cream and it makes you mad something's wrong. What a joke.

Ordered cappacino blast, before I did I asked “is the ‘OREOS & cream’ (labeled in the description of the cappacino blast) the ice cream” girl responds “yes” I ask for extra of said Oreo ice cream in my cappacino blast. She agrees then I watch her scoop vanilla ice cream. (No where in the description does it say vanilla ice cream). She finishes the drink then hands me an incorrect cappacino blast. I ask “isn’t there supposed to be Oreos in it?” So she throws a scoop of Oreos on top. Am I missing something? Every other time I order this it’s blended with Oreos. Guessing she couldn’t read that well or had a disability so I didn’t say anything but 8$ for the wrong drink is crazy for being the only one in line. Store was clean.
