Passing through Grands Pass, we stopped and got fuel. While we waited for the fuel we walked over and ordered 2 drinks and 4 churos. One person in front of us that ordered 2 drinks and 3 food items. I waited 30 mins for our 2 drinks and then she forgot out churos. It took another 15 mins... everything tasted great, but definitely not a quick stop!

When the guy—possibly the owner—is working, everything is great. The service is prompt, and the boba is consistently fresh and tender. However, when the younger girl is working, the experience is very different. On multiple occasions, I’ve seen her doing makeup in her car right up until her break ends, even while customers are waiting. The store opens late and feels unprepared. Most importantly, the boba quality drops significantly—it’s often undercooked with a hard center, making it inedible. For a $7 drink, quality should be consistent. I now avoid going when she’s working because it’s just not worth it.

I purchased 6 spring rolls for $7. I thought it was a good deal, but my spring rolls were over cooked and almost burnt.. didn't even get to enjoy them.

The lady at this location is ALWAYS “on break” ….3pm, 4pm, 5pm seems to be always. I’ve drove away more times than been served. Too bad they’re delicious if you can get one made
Some classic boba tea. They have a decent selection of flavors and also serve food. Nothing crazy, hotdogs and such. Great place to stop and grab a drink.
