Went in to order dinner to take out and was told the wait would be about 20 minutes for a large pizza and small house salad. The waitress, Nava (spelling), went about her business helping other customers with their take out orders and in house customers. I get being short staffed, but she never once, after taking our order, checked to see if it was ready, only said to us, "It shouldn't be long now". All the while 45 minutes had gone by and our order had, in fact, been sitting under the warmer for at least 20 minutes! Your restaurant was not that busy, so for this lack of customer service is not acceptable to me.
Tonight was my Birthday and OUR Waitress was badass!! I didn't catch your name BUT you were SUPER AWESOME!! GREAT FOOD AND WONDERFUL TIME WITH FAMILY.... XO
