The females here are horrible. According to the person taking orders, NO condiments means meat and bun on a burger. I eat out often and have NEVER had such poor service. Corporate needs to come in and educate their staff on customer service.

We literally just came into the drive-thru to get milkshakes on Christmas Eve. And we sat in the line for 20 minutes with no line moving. Finally somebody came out and said that all the employees had quit and left. Yet the lady inside was taking orders for the lobby. We are so done with Burger King. Carl's Jr. Here we come. Burger King in grants pass needs to get their place in order. So sad

Waited 15 minutes to put my order in, like 15 minutes at the speaker box because they were under staffed per employee...ordered 50 dollars worth of food, then when I pulled forward waited another 15 minutes for the 1 car in front of me. So I waited for 30 minutes, and you better believe when it was my turn to pay and wait at the window I drove off.

If your that poorly understaffed closed the doors for the evening, I doubt I will ever be back and if I am it will be a VERY VERY LONG TIME. With in and out, queens, Wendy's, McDonald's, and carls, it's already hard enough to compete. The location is terrible in comparison to the competition. The PAST THING you can afford is wasting everyone's time, just close the freaking restaurant for the night if you FAST FOOD service cannot be FAST.

Items are missing from every delivery order I make. Drinks are continuesly not received at $4.15 and $4.50 for fountain drinks with no refill and If You decide to use time out of Your life to make contact with them for reimbursement, You are offered a $3 off next order via email. That doesn't even begin to compensate the amount of money lost from services not rendered and consistently. Also the Burgers /Sandwiches are most times made with the lettuce tomatoes and condiments on the outside of the bun as if it's just thrown on it wrapped and thrown in a bag for delivery. I live a mile tops from this store and have yet to an order that has been even warm. I'd be embarrassed to Be the owner of that store the way it is I mean isnt my money to them anymore. They need to hire people that know what Customer Services is and respected

Excellent customer service! Cash and the manager on staff tonight were exceptional. We went in for the Krabby Patty meal for our son who was so excited for the meal and talked about it all week, and they made it an extra special experience for him.

I feel like it's hit or miss when you go to a fast food place. One day the food can be great and the very next day it can all taste like shit and you swear to never go there again. So my biggest thing I look at when going to a fast food place is, how clean is it, how well the employees carry themselves and how efficient they are. Which all leads to management. If you have good management then they whole place will run good. If not then everything goes to hell. So with that long winded more than you asked for speech id say that things are starting to look up at this BK.

Super dysfunctional restaurant. Imagine a building full of people running around, confused, screaming obscenities, and nobody realizes they getting nothing done. Well that's what you are sure to see at this location.
To management: Hire more people. Anybody. Just get more heads in the building. Based on your current training practices, I'm assuming it should get better, at least if you get more people, you will have someone to take orders and collect the money.
