Went through the drive through and got half my order, went inside and found the staff screwing around through things at each other. Was rude and abrasive about I wanting what I paid for will not be returning to this location

Card reader down in the drive thru so I had to back all the way up to get out. Upon doing so I asked if they could at least start my meal since the card reader was down (had to pay inside). They were just rude about it & said no. Total inconvenience of my time. They arent very accomadating!

Understaffed and lacking essentials such as toilet paper, ice, paper towels, water cups, and refrigerated goods. Personally it seems to be an upper management issue given the intense and focused work ethic witnessed from both crew members and store managers. Food was still hot and delicious and customer service was excellent

The Burger King in Grant's Pass is seriously lacking. Went through the drive through today. There was a sign which said cash only. I asked if they could break a 100 the person taking my order said "probably." I ordered our food and went to the window. They were not able to break a 100. I asked if they could accept a card he said sure. I went to hand him my card and he informed me I would need to come inside. The 2 registers were 10 feet apart. Very poor service. This location needs corporate or someone who actually wants to see this location succeed come fix all their issues. Do yourself a favor. Go to an actual restaurant. You will get better food, with better service, for cheaper!

The workers are nodding out at window they can't barely even talk enough to take youre order and the food is burnt meat they need to get a better crew in there who actually work. At one point a lady in drive thru nodded off and food fell into my lap she said sorry and shut window Burger King in grants pass has gone down hill bad

Will never eat there again. Messed up my order and refused to make it right. Gave me onion melt instead of bacon melt said that because the ticket said onion melt I was stuck with it. So I put my burger on the table and left.

Upcharged for half frie/onion ring, never had that before. $13 small meal that's unbearable.

Says open till midnight. Drove in at 11:28pm closed. Get your hours right and stop wasting people's time.
