Good place to grab a quick breakfast. Priced much better and maintained better than the last Carl's Jr we hit in Kettleman City. In fact, they had their breakfast burritos at 2 for $6. Such a deal. Service is great and clean restrooms make for a great stop. Not many choices at 6:30 AM in Grants Pass so happy to have a place that checks most of the boxes when it comes to fast food.

Used this drive through to get food for the road before a long drive. I had the original chicken sandwich, which was good. The jalapeno poppers were excellent. We aoder kids menu for for our boys (and my wife) and you get so much. The milkshake was a normal adults size, the burger was big and you also got a cookie. Decent enough.

I don't particularly care for Carls Jr. to begin with but my boyfriend loves their jalapeño poppers. We could not understand the lady taking our order at all!! She spoke way to fast and her English was awful so it was really confusing.

Generally speaking, they are under staffed. At least that’s how it feels when I go. Takes a longer time to get the food. But on another note, the food is ALWAYS wonderfully delicious! I’ve never had a wrong order or a rude experience here. The staff is truly kind

Husband went through Drive-Thru ordered a burger and chicken strips. He should have checked the bag but he didn't and since we live 40 minutes away when we got home we realized they never gave him his burger, just 2 fries and the 10 piece chicken strips.

I was asked about dipping sauce twice in the drive thru and y'all still forgot. Seems like a lack of communication on your end; I was served by two different staff.
They're also getting verbally pushy about app enrollment lately. Probably because management insists on it, but by golly the drive thru automated messages asks, the order-taker asks, and the cashier asks. Maybe pay closer attention to the sauce situation instead of trying to weasel your way into my phone; they are listed on the receipt like any other item. May as well had forgotten my fries.
Food is otherwise just fine. Nothing bad or good to say there.
