Casablanca Coffee & Grill

I Have been getting chocolate peanut butter swirl, with out coffee, on Tuesdays for $3 for a very long time. Now they are trying to claim I cannot have the deal on Tuesday because I don’t want coffee. These people are unbelievable. They always try to charge regular price when you order on Tuesday unless you know about the 3dollar deal and remind them and then they change the price.

I used to love this place but after tonight I will kot eat here any more they messed up on most of our order and our boxes the meat was bone cold not a restaurant I'm going to anymore plus my chicken tortilla soup didn't come with its sides I went to call the restaurant after getting home with our food and couldn't get through to anyone this business lost someone that used to love this restraunt.

Just sat in my car for 30 min before I could even order. There was only 1 car in front of my. I was on the side with the window closest to the street. I watched 2 cars get helped on the opposite side before I was helped. Food is good just the wait was atrocious

I was looking forward to some good chicken tortilla soup. I got some tonight 10/14/24 and it was terrible. I think they dropped the salt shaker into the soup. All I could taste was salt, like you accidentally didn't know the lid was not screwed and the whole shaker fell into the bowl of soup.

They should have tossed the soup and remake it or just not serve it. I tried to eat it add water but not even then could I handle it. Very disappointing. This was the restaurant on union and the second time I got something with way too much salt. My daughter loves salty food but couldn't handle it either.

Thankfully I also got the super burrito bowel it's like a salad which I was not expecting. Lots of lettuce. My taste buds were intoxicated with sodium that I couldn't really taste anything but salt.

Casablanca is one of our regular stops for amazing salads, the best made from scratch pizza and great drinks! They have a great bar selection with local beers and fun mixed drinks (including mocktails that are shockingly yummy) healthy smoothies and really good coffee. Service is always fast and friendly. You may have a little wait time for the pizza but totally worth it! Try the sliders special if you get the chance 😉

He forgot to ask whether I wanted a wrap or a bowl. I just got home almost an hour away, and I have to give away my dinner and go without because I cannot eat anything with gluten. I'm bummed.

We've only been here twice. I thought the first time was a bad day. But second time was the same experience. The girls that work here are some of the most unfriendly almost rude employees in any drive through I've been too. McDonald employees are friendlier. Two different girls on two different days, both acted like me pulling up to order food was inconveniencing them. It's disappointing because I would have liked to try other things on the menu. But when my husband (whom gives everyone grace) says they were extremely unfriendly, I know it's not our place. We will not be back.

This place has gone way down hill in the last couple of years. Just stopped in on our way through grants pass for a quick bite, got the Applegate sandwich and seasoned tots. The avocado was so rotten tasting I had to scrape it off my soggy slapped together messy sandwich. The totes where oily af and tasted like the fryer oil hadn't been changed in a week.

Coffee was good, service slow..gal was watering plants while other worker had 3 cars in the window and trying to keep up. You could see the stress as 1 car had an order of 5 and 3 other cars in line. It would make sense to put customers first. You can plant water plants When there's no customers.
