We liked them when they were just a food truck. Their pizza was great, as was their service and atmosphere.We went into their new location and I expected their quality of food to be about the same... boy was I wrong.They were even BETTER than they were before, and the cost, though a bit pricey, was absolutely reasonable for the quality of the food, the service provided, and the atmosphere of the establishment.Food was prepared in a timely fashion, and it was fantastic. Easily the best pizza in Grants Pass, and some of the best in the entire Southern Oregon region.Service was prompt and professional. They are setup to have customers bust their own tables, but the way it is setup for it is practical, convenient, and kinda fun. It reminds me of pizza places when I was a kid, and it was a fun family experience.The atmosphere was pleasant, and well constructed for their building space. They also have a handful of classic quarter-fed arcade games, and those are something I sorely miss in pizza joints.I absolutely WILL be eating here again. I hope that the quality of their establishment continues, and I wish them all the success in the world.

There are a lot of people complaining about the wait time but it is so worth it. This pizza is amazing. It was less expensive than wild river and SO much better! This is a place you have to have!

Amazing calzones! I got the monstah calzone today and was very happy with what i got. It has flavor all the way around and definitely beats out most pizza joints in GP. I will definitely be going back and really implore people to give it a chance!Parking: Theres ample parking and sitting places with umbrellas.

Took 42 minutes to our pizza and then we find it to be terrible!!! Greasy and had no body….limp. Tasted terrible!! Will never go back there will advise friends to NOT try it. Just a really bad experience!!!

This is one of the best pizza places in town! I was able to do a photography job for a local Besties contest, and Catalyst was the winner for best pizza. Their staff is friendly, they are passionate about serving good food, and their pizza tasted great! They even have one of the only Detroit styled pizzas in Oregon. Check them out. You won't be disappointed.

Those of us with food allergies would LOVE a dairy free option. I know there’s a gluten free option as well but that was out when we went. We had to go Get drinks somewhere else since there was no food I could eat.On a Saturday night only catalyst and one other food cart was open that also didn’t cater to food allergies, so we had to go someone else. The one next to catalyst that would apparently cater toDairy free was closed.

Best pizza I've had in a longgggggggggg timmeeeeeee!!!I had a slice of their pepperoni pizza ?. It was da bomb! Crust was so on point! Thin and perfect crisp level. The pepperoni was primo!¡! Their ranch dipping sauce was prob hands down best ranch I've had with pizza in my entire 34 years of life on this planet. I will be making the drive down from Portland for more ASAP. Don't sleep on this epic pizza cart. To top, Weekend Beer Company next door has a great selection of drinks available to go along with the amazing pizza. Craft draft beer, craft sodas and wine.Come get it!!

Best. Calzone. Ever. Seriously. Bar none. Amazing presentation, also. And that sauce on the side? That’s vodka sauce, not your standard marinara sauce. Red onion, fresh basil in the middle of winter. Shaved Parmesan on the top. Easily feeds two. Plus, he heard my wife say, “it’s your birthday, you decide!” to me, and brought some peanut butter chocolate mousse to the table. Can I give them six stars?
My husband and i have gotten pizza here a few times and it’s always cooked perfect and it so delicious! The people are always so friendly and smiling.I finally was able to take my son there today and try it because I knew he would love the pizza and I was right, he couldn’t stop talking about how awesome and delicious it was . This is the closest to New York pizza that we were used to back east . It’s our favorite place to get pizza and now it’s our son’s favorite also ??

Wow! We ordered the Stuffed Meatballs and they were EPIC. Everything tasted homemade and absolutely full of flavor. I'm not going to lie, I am really picky about food quality. I've rarely met anyone that's a better home cook then myself (do I sound like an egotistical j*** yet?) and almost all restaurants leave me pretty disappointed with low quality food, lack luster recipes, and poorly trained kitchen staff. Add in price gouging and crummy service and it makes for a sad dining experience more often then not. Well, none of that was an issue here because the food was fresh and all the extra touches really impressed us. We got lucky and hit up the truck during a slow time and had food within seven minutes and were stoked on the hearty portion and great price. It's probably a good thing that I don't live in GP because I'd be here way too much. But thankfully I travel through the area enough for work that I can give my lunch-packing-skillz a break whenever I'm in the mood for fantastic Italian food. Stoked to try the pizza soon.

The pizza was good I wasn't sure about the added honey but it was my favorite part. I got what was recommended the gangsta The flavor was good but I expected it to be better based upon the reviews. The crust reminded me of Little Caesars deep dish Unfortunately, the overall flavor was good but nothing jumped out and made me say wow. The price was eh doable just because of what's available local it's nice to have it changed up a bit but not good enough for me to go here regularly.Parking: The lot was pretty empty plus street parking was available
