Love the variety of bagels, bagel sandwiches, and pastries. Everything is delicious, and fresh. Well worth the money.
Heavenly!!!! Every last thing was delicious. Carrot cake, Oreo cheesecake, macrons, and an amazing cheesecake brownie dipped in chocolate!
If you’re in Grants Pass and craving the ultimate breakfast experience, Daash Bakery is an absolute gem that deserves all the hype.
As someone who’s sampled breakfast sandwiches across the country, I can confidently say theirs are among the best in the US – hands down.
This mom-and-pop local spot is run by an incredibly friendly team, making every visit feel like catching up with old friends.
Doug, the master baker, crafts all the bread fresh daily and it shows in every bite. My go-to is the “Local” breakfast sandwich – a perfect harmony of flavors on that pillowy, homemade bread.
Doug prepares each one by hand right there, so while it might take a few extra minutes during a busy morning, trust me, it’s 100% worth the wait.
The result is pure perfection: fresh, flavorful, and made with genuine care.
Don’t skip the coffee either – it’s phenomenal. I ordered a large American black with four shots, and as a coffee aficionado, I know quality when I taste it.
This is the real deal: bold, smooth, and expertly brewed. Pair it with one of their pastries, and you’ve got breakfast nirvana.
The vibe inside is cozy and inviting, with beautiful plants and artwork adding a touch of warmth and creativity.
It’s become my favorite spot in the area for breakfast sandwiches, pastries, and excellent coffee.
If you’re local or just passing through, do yourself a favor and stop by Daash Bakery – you won’t regret it! Five stars all the way.

Heard this place was one of the best for breakfast sandwiches. I ordered the bacon and egg. It was okay, the aoli spread was very good but overall, the bagel sandwich was pretty greasy. Plus, the shop is very small so it gets loud. The prices are also high ($13 for the sandwich).

The bakery is awesome but the dark haired girl behind the counter is very rude and has been so on more than one occasion. Its too bad because the bakery is excellent but this person's attitude turns you off to patronizing it.

This place is absolutely incredible if you want to get breakfast The bakery is so delicious and the egg sandwiches to die for
We love this place! Amazing food! We come here every time we’re in town. We wish we could bring this bakery home to Utah with us.
I waited for the Pastries to come out of the Oven!! Peach / Raspberry Danish was without a doubt as close to a French Pastry you could find .. AMAZING!!!!!
Delicious and thoughtfully made sandwiches and pastries with warm service! A++

Dassh Bakery in Grants Pass is a family-owned gem known for New York-style bagels and handcrafted sandwiches. Their ham breakfast sandwich—savory ham, fluffy eggs, and melted cheese on a fresh bagel—is a standout. With homemade ingredients, fair prices, and warm service, it’s a must-visit for sandwich lovers.
Walking around the lovely historic downtown of Grant's Pass, OR, we came across this amazing find. Customers at another table recommended the Orange Rolls, so we split one three ways, with coffee, tea, and lemonade, and with the first bite we each regretted not ordering one roll each! OMG, these were the softest, tastiest rolls ever, dripping with an amazing lemon filling. You'll be hooked if you try it, which I can attest to, because we'll stop here again on our drive back North....and we'll each enjoy one whole roll each next time!
Amazing quality food but the prices are kind of ridiculous (not in a good way).
