The bakery is awesome but the dark haired girl behind the counter is very rude and has been so on more than one occasion. Its too bad because the bakery is excellent but this person's attitude turns you off to patronizing it.

We love this place! Amazing food! We come here every time we’re in town. We wish we could bring this bakery home to Utah with us.

I waited for the Pastries to come out of the Oven!! Peach / Raspberry Danish was without a doubt as close to a French Pastry you could find .. AMAZING!!!!!

Dassh Bakery in Grants Pass is a family-owned gem known for New York-style bagels and handcrafted sandwiches. Their ham breakfast sandwich—savory ham, fluffy eggs, and melted cheese on a fresh bagel—is a standout. With homemade ingredients, fair prices, and warm service, it’s a must-visit for sandwich lovers.

Walking around the lovely historic downtown of Grant's Pass, OR, we came across this amazing find. Customers at another table recommended the Orange Rolls, so we split one three ways, with coffee, tea, and lemonade, and with the first bite we each regretted not ordering one roll each! OMG, these were the softest, tastiest rolls ever, dripping with an amazing lemon filling. You'll be hooked if you try it, which I can attest to, because we'll stop here again on our drive back North....and we'll each enjoy one whole roll each next time!

Amazing quality food but the prices are kind of ridiculous (not in a good way).

Lady was rude and she came out of the background trying to cover up that they didn't make enough for the day.

Hands down favorite bakery in Southern Oregon. Omg, nowhere else have I found that salty egg wash they do on their bagel and sandwich buns. Everything in their case is fantastic, flavorful, and freshly made. Definitely a must if your visiting the area.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have a full ramp with wheelchair accessibility.

First time trying Dassh! Awesome sammies without a doubt. I had a "Ham Deli" sandwich and the honest half of me had breakfast bagel that she still raves about. I was duly impressed with the quality of ingredients of which quite a few are local, and the breads of course. My sandwich was large enough that I only ate half as we sat at the park watching ducks and freaks.

A thing to note is that the place is small and VERY busy, so a tactical phone call ahead is what my plan is for next time.

No photos this time mostly because I tucked into that sandwich with a vengeance! Give Dassh a shot, but be patient as they make everything to order in the order that it comes in.
