Hands down favorite bakery in Southern Oregon. Omg, nowhere else have I found that salty egg wash they do on their bagel and sandwich buns. Everything in their case is fantastic, flavorful, and freshly made. Definitely a must if your visiting the area.

First time trying Dassh! Awesome sammies without a doubt. I had a "Ham Deli" sandwich and the honest half of me had breakfast bagel that she still raves about. I was duly impressed with the quality of ingredients of which quite a few are local, and the breads of course. My sandwich was large enough that I only ate half as we sat at the park watching ducks and freaks.

A thing to note is that the place is small and VERY busy, so a tactical phone call ahead is what my plan is for next time.

No photos this time mostly because I tucked into that sandwich with a vengeance! Give Dassh a shot, but be patient as they make everything to order in the order that it comes in.

Lovely bagels, really light but still some chew. The cream cheese was very nicely whipped and mixed. Got the dill chive.

Was tempted by almost everything on the menu.

Clearly a lot of love and care goes into the food here.

Always a treat! Be mindful of your wandering eye... the goods on display are so delicious and beautiful you might end up with a few things you didn't plan on purchasing! Don't fret though, you won't be disappointed. Everything is tasty!

I got a bagel with pesto cream cheese and it was amazing!! The bagel was super fresh and the pesto cream cheese was nice and fluffy and I picked up a few Macarons and they where so good

We are visiting from out of town and stopped here for breakfast. Let me tell you, the breakfast sandwiches are amazing, quite possibly the best we've ever had. Coffee and cinnamon roll, also delicious. The girl with black hair (didn’t catch her name) was super sweet and she was working like crazy. She was taking things out of the oven, answering the phone, taking orders, making coffee, all while being super friendly and fast. Would drive back here just for this place.

Delicious baked goods! You can taste the homemade goodness in every bite! Very nice owners that take pride in their work, it’s a must stop when in town.

They make the best pastries and sandwiches!! ❤️

I flip flappin love this place. I tell everyone I can that Dassh has the BEST sandwiches in the valley. Easily. By FAR! My favorite is the Turkey Bacon Avocado ??? I get it at least once a week and it's incredible every time. Love it!

We bought 3 bagels. Awesome. I had the momma bagel - toasted bagel w/ cream cheese, avocado, and tomato. Also bought a chocolate croissant. OMG, so good, hot, and melted chocolate. Everything's we go to grants pass we go here.
