Hands down favorite bakery in Southern Oregon. Omg, nowhere else have I found that salty egg wash they do on their bagel and sandwich buns. Everything in their case is fantastic, flavorful, and freshly made. Definitely a must if your visiting the area.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have a full ramp with wheelchair accessibility.

First time trying Dassh! Awesome sammies without a doubt. I had a "Ham Deli" sandwich and the honest half of me had breakfast bagel that she still raves about. I was duly impressed with the quality of ingredients of which quite a few are local, and the breads of course. My sandwich was large enough that I only ate half as we sat at the park watching ducks and freaks.

A thing to note is that the place is small and VERY busy, so a tactical phone call...

Delicious bagel sandwiches! Couldn't believe I haven't been here before in the 4 years I've lived in GP! The service and staff was so friendly and helpful
