Terrible service. Paid 20% tip and waited over an hour after driver ERIC left Dominos to deliver it. He still hasn’t updated that it was delivered. I only found it because I went to check outside for it in disbelief it wasn’t here yet. It still has a delivery time that keeps getting later. So now my son and I get to eat cold, stale pizza. Glad I found it at all.

Best late night food service in Grants Pass. I work late and I know when I put my order in for pickup I greeted with smiles and fast service. Keep up the great work.

This is by far the worst of the worst when it comes to Domino's pr any pizza establishment in this area. First off the kid with the 70s haircut at the order counter is smug, rude and.condescemding as heĺlo⁴?98

Food was great. Service was friendly. The workers seemed to have good hygiene and the store seemed clean which can be a rarity at times in this area so I appreciated that. I will be back and tip more next time.

Our pizza tastes like the pepperoni is spoiled. I am not picky and love pizza but this was terrible. We will see if we are sick tomorrow. Good service and fast. Cheesy bread was good.

Honestly the foods very mid here? They can never seem to cut the pizza correctly which is wild to me but you pay for what you get and it keeps us coming back on seeing the holiday season

Love there prices, but it would be better if crust was thinner.

What is this Domino’s?? It took an hour to get my order and I didn’t even get my 2 “liter soda and marinara sauce I paid for! To make it worse I tipped $10 ahead of time… I’ve been a regular costumer here for some time now. Disappointed today, not even my dog wanted to eat a slice 😒. I will be committing to the drive and be taking my business to Pizza Hut.

This place is always packed. They mack a solid pan pizza. But it seems that their employees are overworked and underpaid. These people deserve a raise and a break from time to time. Every time I'm there they're absolutely busting their butts!

I wanted to share an experience we had at this location. My children and I had a food poisoning situation. We had the chicken fettucine alfredo pasta. We got very ill within 2-3 hours of ingesting, luckily my mother did not have the pasta and was able to remain healthy. When the situation was brought up to the manager, he stated food poisoning is impossible within 3 hours. The manager dismissed the situation stating food poison takes 24 hours; however, Yes, you can get food poisoning 3 hours after eating, as the onset of symptoms varies depending on the type of germ, but can appear within a few hours for some contaminants. Some bacteria, like Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus cereus, can cause symptoms to start as quickly as 30 minutes to 7 hours after eating contaminated food because they produce toxins that act fast. For other types, such as Salmonella, symptoms may take longer to appear.
My recommendation is for managers to receive further training and empathy in this location.
