I love visiting my local Merlin Dutch Brothers' location, because of their drinks and their friendly staff. No matter if it's early morning or late at night, from the blistering summer heat to the frigid cold weather, Dutch Brothers is ALWAYS there, and with the same genuine enthusiasm. The baristas create tasty drinks, even when I say "surprise me" on my drink order... their beverages are DELICIOUS! It is ALWAYS a pleasure to visit this location. A heart-felt shout out to Tati, Vanessa, and Tony H. for being empowering team leaders, as well as to the rest of the staff for providing excellent customer service to everyone.

I will always recommend DB over that other famous coffee place. I have hardly ever had a bad coffee, well not BAD, but not my exact order. Maybe 3 or 4 times in the 10 years Ive been going there. Not enough to complain about.
Always do a great job and always super friendly only have ever had a couple mistakes and been going to them for close to 20 years

Start your day off right with ghetto trap rap wannabe Compton music being blasted in your face. This is grants pass Oregon. Not Atlanta. My dad used to help skip build the first coffee stands for this company back in the early 90s and it's a shame what it's become. Does not fit the southern Oregon culture. It's aimed at gen z, cult appeal. I hate this coffee shop.

Make sure to ask for extra shot of espresso in your 12 oz latte unless you like it really milky. They also won’t put a drink into your personal cup. ?
