I go to the Dutch Bros on ******************* in ************, ** and the staff is amazing. They are so nice every time we go. The coffee is amazing, but Id go back just for the staff. I absolutely love Dutch Bros. I love their drinks, but mostly I love the service I get from every employee. So impressed that they, as a big business have been able to keep this employee attitude going. Especially here in ********, ** where most servers think you are lucky they are there to help you. ******** standards for customer service are at an all time low. This is why it is so refreshing to stop by a Dutch and grab a drink, even when I don't need one. They are the "pick-me-up' that I need. Thank you Dutch Bros!

Some of the girls who work at Dutch bros in *******, ** are very snobby and continued to skip me and go to the next cars, I lowered my window and said excuse I havent got my order taken and she just says awesome Ill get you next very rude and snobbish. Im surprised the ******** locations are much more polite

The Dutch Bros on Fort Apache and Trop is my favorite location to go to. Always super nice and super efficient. Today though, I pull up and there's so many cars ahead of me, in my head I'm thinking 'I'm gonna be so late to work' and then the universe blessed us with ******. They are the definition of incredible. Great customer service, super friendly smile, awesome hair color and tattoos, all around an extremely proficient individual. Definitely helped set the tone for my day. Thank you ****** :)

Dutch bros is awesome coffee. They are usually have to wait in some type of line. I like how sometimes they get creative when im tired of the same old thing. The music gets you going.

I walked up in order to drink it took 30 minutes for to get to me. They helped everybody in the drive-through 1st. I ordered a kicker it comes with a soft top I've got there many times before & this time they didn't want to put soft top on it they were gonna charge me even though their menu says kicker with soft top. They have horrible customer service very rude they don't know how to talk to their customers. I went there one time before they had great customer service. just don't go up to the walk up window.

I didnt have a great experience. The employee was being so lazy and I got 3 drinks, one of my iced drinks the whole cup was literally ice!!! I got about 3 sips and the whole drink was already gone. Then the other drink was supposed to be a smoothie and there was still big a** pieces of ice, the drink obviously needed to be blended more. Then to top it off I was trying to pay with the app so I could recieve points but, their tablet wouldnt scan my barcode on my phone so I had to pay with my card and not receive any points. Then was paying with my card and their tablet was messing up saying my card was being declined when I know I had more then enough money to pay so, the employee had to ring up the whole order agian because their tablet then it worked like I know it should of in the first place. I seriously need a refund!!
