Disappointing+a good reminder for why I never choose Dutch bros. Early morning stop, minimal traffic. The employees werent very friendly and spoke maybe three words to me (I understand they're likely tired due to the early/late hours). Ordered a popular drink, waited in silence, wasn't told the total just had a hand extended for my card. Received the drink and was dissatisfied from the first sip. Absolutely disgusting and tasted nothing like it should. No sweetener or any taste beside stale coffee and milk. It's been a WHILE since I've had Dutch and this was a bad experience to return to. Won't be giving any more chances 👎

Always Friendly! No matter what Dutch Bros you are at, you’ll always be served with a smile. They really have great employees! My Daughter recently went to our local Dutch Bros and when she went to turn into a parking spot the parked car next to the spot wasn’t paying attention and backed up into her as she was pulling in. My daughter immediately in tears! The employees at Dutch Bros saw what happened and paid for my daughter and her passengers drinks to help brighten up her day! That was such an amazing gesture from the employees!

I have been a regular at the Agnes stand for several years now, and every time I come through the team is always full of positive energy-- ready to chat with me, joke around, and have a good time. My drink orders have been memorized by everyone there, and they all greet me by name no matter what time of day/who is on shift (it's really sweet). I have never seen low-energy from anyone and it's clear that they all like working with each other; the vibes are always upbeat. Their enjoyable company makes my mornings/nights that much brighter, and I will forever be recommending people stop by this stand and let my Bros treat them right! <3
