Always Friendly! No matter what Dutch Bros you are at, you’ll always be served with a smile. They really have great employees! My Daughter recently went to our local Dutch Bros and when she went to turn into a parking spot the parked car next to the spot wasn’t paying attention and backed up into her as she was pulling in. My daughter immediately in tears! The employees at Dutch Bros saw what happened and paid for my daughter and her passengers drinks to help brighten up her day! That was such an amazing gesture from the employees!

I have been a regular at the Agnes stand for several years now, and every time I come through the team is always full of positive energy-- ready to chat with me, joke around, and have a good time. My drink orders have been memorized by everyone there, and they all greet me by name no matter what time of day/who is on shift (it's really sweet). I have never seen low-energy from anyone and it's clear that they all like working with each other; the vibes are always upbeat. Their enjoyable company makes my mornings/nights that much brighter, and I will forever be recommending people stop by this stand and let my Bros treat them right! <3

The guy getting orders in line just now was really rude. Bad attitude and walked off kind of in a huff Dutch people are usually really friendly, but this guy was the opposite. Then I got to the window, and the music was so loud that I had to ask the barista to repeat herself twice. They always have fun jams, but this was LOUD.Def the worst DB spot I've been to.
