I love coffee but i don't like having to yell so they can hear me there music is so loud they ask multiple times because they can never here if they didn't have the music up so loud they would be able to hear people talking and wouldn't mess up so many orders

I had a terrible experience, complete waste of time on my way to work and almost late because of it… training should really be provided to teach people that customers are trying to get to work most mornings and if they have a minute to pop by be the one who makes the day not breaks it…..I asked for the most simple thing ever a small chocolate milk with 2 shots in it. That’s it. No Ice no heat. I was handed 2 cups , neither with my order in them. One was EMPTY, is this a joke?? You’re welcome for you $1 tip for nothing!!!!! Horrible service and waste of time. I never go to Dutch bros and now I’m reminded WHY!!!!!
