Very very average Mexican food. The burrito wasn’t dry/overcooked. It just only had cheese, onion, asada(steak), fries, and pico. Really could use crema, or some kind of sauce in it. So in sense, it was dry. It’s just stand and order and seat yourself, they bring food to you, you bus your own table. Cashier was nice. The walls could use another coat of paint, which is kind of weird because this place is the newest thing in the shopping center. Pretty mid all around.
Ediberto’s is one of the best places in Grants Pass for authentic Mexican food. From grilled chicken to their delicious carne asada, all their meats are great. Their prices are great. The selection in food is amazing and service is top notch. Highly recommend!!
