We stopped for breakfast on a road trip. The food was delicious! Best French toast I've had in ages!! The portions were huge and service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and cheerful.

Yall have an excellent opportunity to step up your game since Dennys and Sheri’s closed. Service and host skills need massive improvement. Stop running out of OJ! Lower the price of you $8.99 carrot cake slice. Geez.Restaurant is dirty… come on guys! Get better or be the next to close down.

Normally, this has really great service and food. Today lots of open tables. People were stacked up lined at the door waiting to be seated and no one even greeted them. As I was standing there, they lost at least four customers because of no hostess Or acknowledgment at the door. Very unfortunate because usually this place is really good.

I love this location. The food is always great. The service is fantastic (Charlie took care of us). My sister and I both ordered the grizzly. It was short staffed on a busy Sunday so everything took awhile. I will absolutely be back.

Food was just ok when we finally got it. Our server forgot to ring in our order. Place wasn't very busy so assume the wait staff would rather visit amongst themselves.

I stopped here while visiting a friend in Grants pass for a quick breakfast. I normally do not go to chain breakfast places as I have Celiac Disease and most either do not have gf options or up charge them like crazy. Nowhere on the menu did it specify gluten free options so I assumed I would just be getting an omelette and coffee. I asked my server (very kind older gentleman) if I could swap the toast option for bacon and he told me they had gluten free bread! I was so happy and the best part is that they do not charge extra for it. I appreciate that so much as someone who pays way too much money for gluten free food. You guys should advertise that you offer that and I bet you would get a lot more customers from the gf community:) Also, the joe’s hobo omelette was delicious!

Went at the end of lunch time. It was not busy. We were taken to our table quickly. We observed two waitress cleaning the tables. We waited for 10 mins without being approached or greeted. As we left the hostess looks at us. My friend tells her we are leaving because we didn't get any serves. She just looked down and kept doing nothing at the counter. Very disappointed. We tried to dine in...if I could give no stars I would.

Very dirty, windows were sticky at booth I had to kill several flies to eat my meal. A regular customer next to us said they always have flies in the restaurant. It was not enjoyable. After I killed the flies and didn't look out the window I was able to eat and get out as soon as I could. I went to there website over a week ago and sent the info in I requested someone get back to me but I have not gotten a response that is why I decided to post

The home fries were so salty I could not eat them. Waitress was wonderful. Second time I have gone to a Black Bear restaurant and been very disappointed.
