We ate here for dinner, and everything was perfect! Our server, Ron, was very good! The next morning, we came in for breakfast. It was still pretty good. My dad's hash browns were a little burnt, and my bacon was almost raw in places. Otherwise it would have been perfect.

Usually I have a experience at Black Bear Diners, but this one just seemed off. There was maybe 4-5 tables with people and it took over an hour for food to arrive. No communication for the long wait and the food was okay. I will say they give you lots of bacon on the BLT.
They were also out of soup at 2 but told me they had it which is interesting. I know a new waitress was getting trained, but that doesn’t explains the long wait.
I probably won’t go back and go to the one in Medford or Hillsboro instead.

Can't tell you abt the food because after 20 minutes of waiting, no one ever came to even get our drinks. Everyone else around us was served. Might be great, but not for us 😕

We were really shocked that their quality of food gone down so much. Service was great and the place is cute. Way too expensive for the quality of food. 😔

I’m surprised this place has any good reviews at all, Dennys makes this place look really bad. Black bear diner has got to be the worst breakfast place in GP save your time/money and go to fast food

My Mom, my lil bro & I just ate there last week. The food was surprisingly horrible. Absolutely No seasoning on the food at all. But the service was pretty awesome. And the waiter remade my Mom's food and only charged us half price for her meal. All with a smile.

Always a good place to eat and visit. If you like bears, you'll love Black Bear. Large portions.

Our family stopped to eat this morning and had a wonderful experience with our server, Rodney! He was so kind and friendly and his service was top tier, despite our kids being a little restless and bored waiting for our food. I tried to call the restaurant to speak with Rodney’s manager to let them know how awesome we thought Rodney was, but the phone number goes straight to a full voicemail box. Thanks Rodney!
