Overall, the food is great. There's room for improvement, but still pretty impressive considering the demanding crowd they have to serve at all once. For example, I had two giant scalloped potato slices that weren't cooked all the way through (understandable) and the dessert was terrible in my opinion, but others thought it was the best ever. Personally, I think apple crisp is supposed to have apples in it, but I guess some people are ok with semi-sweet dried out oatmeal. I actually hate scalloped potatoes, but I ate three servings because they were so good. The salads were well trimmed and did not have excessive ribs left on the leaves. However, a lot of people found it odd there was only a mustard dressing available. One person thought it tasted like Chick-fil-A sauce, but I thought it tasted like it had an Italian dressing base. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. Those willing to try it didn't compliment it. The veggie trays were not good. No one wanted the white, cracked and dried out carrots or celery. And there was no ranch for anyone to hydrate them with. I've seen photos in other reviews where the apple crisp and veggies looked fresh, so maybe it was just an accident. I've had much worse for much more money. But the meats on the other hand, were perfection. Generous helpings perfectly cooked, juicy, tender, and served hot. The same goes for the cornbread. The best I've ever had. The wait staff is amazing. Please tip them generously. They absolutely deserve it.

Thus was our 7th Jetboat excursion, and the best one yet. It’s a fun experience. We’ve now taken all of our grandchildren on the ride. Recommended to all.
We enjoyed the whitewater tour today. Our captain, Bo was so funny. We got soaked and did so many spins. I can’t wait to do it again.

I went yesterday with a program at the college I attend. It was the first time I've ever been on a jet boat, so I was very nervous. I also get motion sickness easily, so I was worried about the multiple 360 turns. Dramamine saved the day, and I had one of the greatest days of my life. Our group took the two-hour tour. I wasn't even off of the boat and I was thinking of my second visit. My family has to learn how awesome the experience is. The captain was funny, kind, and he is excellent at his job.
