A coworker and I frequent this place for lunch. We both get special orders. They have NEVER gotten them wrong. The manager with dreads is a stand up guy. Great attitude and really friendly. Fast worker too. My coworker overheard him training an employee one day. He wants his employees just as happy as the customers. It makes the atmosphere and service unbeatable in this day and age. The food speaks for itself. Try it.

My wife and I have been eating the Grant's Pass Heroes about once a week for for more than a year. Most of the staff recognize us and treat us very well. Sorry my memory is such that I don't remember names. We do recommend that shop for great burgers and sandwiches.
