Came in with my client for the first time and even told the people there it was the first time. They didnt explain to me how the ticket worked and shocked how my sandwich wasnt being worked on until i paid for it and here i am waiting for them to work on it. Didnt ask me what bread i wanted either. Very disappointed with the service even with the manager standing there doing nothing. Poor service, poor experience. Just felt like they were rushing through the line without being considerate about someone who is new there and to take the time to help me. Never going back. My sandwich was horrible and i asked for banana peppers and they gave me jalapeños.

A guy, an employee, with white ear plugs (gauges?) was entirely unpleasant and rude and made the experience for me difficult. The service from the other staff was exceptional but it only takes one rude employee.

I used to love this place, but my last few orders they have burned me and I'm honestly over it. Total waste of money and regret adding tips.. this is why I hesitate to tip now. Service has changed. How could anyone want so much oil on their sandwich that the bread is SOGGY?! Total mush with oil puddled in the wrapper! You know like a piece of bread floating in the sink? Yeah, mush like that. Last visit was the 10th of Dec and I swear no one listened to me or my mother in law. Asked for toasted, didn't get it, she asked for a certain bread, didn't get it and the girl drenched my sandwich in oil and vinaigrette. I didn't realize how bad until I pulled it out... I don't think we will be going here anymore and that's a shame. I really liked it and this was the last chance.

Kudos to the staff here! This place always seems busy but the line moves quickly. The staff is attentive, courteous, and timely. Unlike many other establishments, the staff clearly knows their task(s) and there's no shenanigans afoot. Quality sandwich every time!

My husband from PA has always missed the Philly Cheese steak Subs. I ordered him one here. WOW!! THE BEST EVER. They have gluten free for me also. This will be.our go to sandwich shop from now on.

Today July 6th I discovered they changed the app for ordering. You can't just order a sandwich now and assume it's going to be made Mike's way You have to actually check every single item. Lettuce tomatoes everything.
I just paid over $20 for a giant sandwich with absolutely nothing on it but the meat. My fault and my fault alone.
Just be aware of the changes.
