Send your drivers out with money to break tips and ill change my review. im sick of being forced into a situation where i have to pay a 10 dollar tip for a 20 dollar sandwich. not everyone has cars. Edit: clearly you guys dont read the reviews.

Don't bother to order ahead on the app. Not just once, but every time I do, they do not start your order until you arrive. So much for a quick pick up on the way to work.
I reached out but never heard anything back. I give up. Unfortunate because I enjoyed your food.

Went to get dinner for my family and got 2 teen girls who didn't even know what options the soda machine had, accepted my order for a brownie and instead, offered a cookie (I was looking at the treats and didn't see the brownies at all, especially as they were shoving the patriotic treat in my face as another option and figured it was something like they had the brownies in the back and warmed them up or something, I didn't know. I don't normally go there and don't plan to again)
Instead, I leave, get home, look in the bag and there's no brownie. I called and they claim it was at the front and I should have grabbed it . I told them i never saw the brownies when I was looking. I asked if I could just get a refund since I couldn't get it, they refused and said to come back and get it which, i was low on gas and couldn't. They said that was too bad and refused the refund again. I asked if they were able to just deliver it as they had a neon sign in the building stating they do delivery. They refused as it cost a fee. Didn't offer if I wanted to pay that fee or anything, just straight up turned down the option entirely.
I then contacted the company asking for my refund who came back at me with a "I see your not a rewards member" and I thought "oh that may be the only way they could send the refund is if the card is on file on the account?" No. It was to make themselves feel better like their job was done by sending me...
A free side....
...so they get the money for the item, send a free side coupon and that's good to them....I just want my money back and to never go back there as they don't have great customer service and apparently can't single out a brownie and refund you your money for the item you never got.
I'll be sure to let my friends know to steer clear from this place.

Good sandwiches bad service, might as well make your own sandwich, I did not receive a drink cup got it myself, when they finally got my sandwich I ordered a meal with pickle had to ask for that, no bag ,no napkins, got those myself as well, and then get home and the sandwich is not even cut in half, and they think there entitled to a tip lol this is a joke, i will not be returning here any longer it's a joke.

Definitely not what I expected from there. Sandwiches were "okay" but nothing to write home about. Price for our 2 sandwiches???? Outrageous!!! Bread seemed like it came from a grocery store. Needless to say, we won't be going back. Jersey Mike's is still the best sandwiches in G.P.

I came in here on a bad day, with bad Google directions, and the staff was amazing and friendly and wanted to make my day better. The food was fantastic even after sitting in the car for 4 hours when I had other stupid stuff go wrong. I'll be back on a better day.
