I went into this Jimmy John’s and had a really disappointing experience. Management was rude, and I didn’t feel like I was treated with any respect. Most of the employees were just standing around looking confused instead of helping customers. Definitely not the level of service I expect.

I had a reward that said a free regular size favorite so I added to my order and was charged 5.99 instead of regular price but I still paid wasn’t free. Also literally it seemed like 1 slice of turkey folded up maybe 1 and half. Can’t see the meat in sandwich. I ordered xtra mayo and oil and vinegar and it came with no oil and vinegar a little bit of mayo. Normally it’s not a big deal but paying so much for these sandwiches and not getting it right or even with enough meat is frustrating. Quality has gone down. I took the turkey out to show.

Ordered and picked up on the app. Food is decent but I'm sure the owner would like to know your employees are driving customers away by making it look like they are closed early. They close at 10pm but at 9pm none of the lights were on and the chairs were up on the tables conveniently on the table closest to the window. So driving by they look closed. I guess you don't like making money 🤷♀️

Don't really know how to rate it. I guess three stars might be too high. stopped here at 8 :30 and they were already closed up, when they're supposed to be open till 10:00

I Ordered the kicking chicken wrap. All of the cold chicken was pilled up on one end of the wrap so when I picked up the other half to eat it was nothing but veggies . You think for $12 they do a better job. Will not return food’s not worth the money
The atmosphere here was terrible! Very poor customer service. No wonder the place was empty during peak lunch hour.

Don't bother to order ahead on the app. Not just once, but every time I do, they do not start your order until you arrive. So much for a quick pick up on the way to work.
