Maybe you retired and forgot that the rest of the world is still working their tails off for their families. There are other places willing to engage with a hungry community that wants to spend their hard earned money. And when you’re closed - take your damn sign down so people know!!!

To add to this my son has not been paid for the day he worked. So today we will be filing a wage claim with the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries. My son has text the owner and been ignored. I dont understand how this business is still running.
Toxic. Unprofessional. Straight-up disgusting.
This company thinks it’s okay to humiliate young adults trying to work hard and provide for their families. From the minute of the interview, the vibe was off rude, arrogant, and full of themselves.
Day one on the job? No training, no support just grown adults bullying someone trying to do their best. Calling him a “dropout,” asking what drugs he’s recovering from, and mocking him all day long. The manager even cussed him out for not knowing how to do a job that no one taught him. Then had the nerve to say he couldn’t get a food discount because of it.
You don’t get to break people down and call it “training.” What happened here is straight-up workplace harassment.
I have video proof of everything and will be sharing it publicly. People deserve to know how this place really operates.
If you’re thinking about working here — don’t. If you’re thinking about supporting this place don’t. Unless you’re into watching people get torn down for trying to make an honest living.

Everything about this place id perfect. Good quality food and prices are so reasonable. I love the variety of food and also prices for most budgets and appetites . Lunch time was busy but staff still finds time to check on your needs a couple times when sitting outside. Even the what I assume might be the owner stoped by to say hi. We can’t wait to come back on our next trip

We've lived in the area for almost 2 years and were craving a good burger. Google reviews led us to Jimmy's and we couldn't have been more pleased. My husband had the La Bamba and I had the Endless Summer. We split onion rings and a shake. Everything was top notch! The owner was very friendly, went around chatting with people and making sure everyone was happy with their orders. We'll definitely be back!

I do not typically do reviews unless there is a specific area that stands out to me having worked in food service for my entire adult life. When I say I was impressed with this place, I mean IMPRESSED! It's tiny but there is plenty of outdoor seating and the decor is typical 50's style diner. The burgers come in 2 sizes, big burger and smaller burger. I had the Green Eyed Lady (avocado, bacon cheeseburger) in the smaller size and my other half had the Barbie ( onion ring, BBQ sauce, bacon cheeseburger) in the big burger. These burgers did not disappoint in ANY WAY. Freshly pressed burger patties and fresh veggies for starters. There had to have been a half of an avocado on my burger. The best, and I mean B E S T pickle fries I've ever eaten, and probably the best thing I've eaten in 2 years. Giant pickle sliced into 4 cornmeal coated pieces of heaven. Dipped in ranch! So good! Not to mention that the owner, Tarrell (like Darrell with a T) was in there working, checking on the tables, making small talk. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. This is Grants Pass's hidden gem as far as I am concerned! OH! Did I forget to me tonight the Umpqua Dairy milkshakes? I couldn't have any but it's an actual milkshake, not from a machine. Thank you, Jimmy's for an unforgettable meal and experience.
