The girl with red/pink hair with glasses missed items in my order and tried saying she put everything in the bag and did not, another employee verified it on a pick up order, she was rude and not nice at all!! Poor customer service, if you hate your job and suck that bad quit!

Ordered 80 bucks of food through drive through, they made me go park and wait 20 min for my order and when I got it..there was no gravy, napkins or utensils.. Ordered a 16 piece family meal and a number 7.. Not happy!!!

I was given five stale old fries and told that they were freshly dropped. When I had to drive all the way back and leave my meal at home to return the fries and exchange they only gave me two out of the four fries back. Usually this place is amazing, whoever was working tonight was not doing it.

I don't know the gentleman's name but he's helped me out twice. Great customer service. I will go back just to get his name and update this post about the great customer service he gave me and other customers. on the downside, The men's bathroom is disgusting. You can tell it's been neglected for a very long time.

For the second time in two months I ordered KFC through Door dash.
DELIVERY WAS PERFECT.
However the bucket of lemonade was basically water. Even when I've gone through the drive-thru to pick up lemonade I've had to turn around and go back in because they never checked to see if the lemonade has ran out.
