We recently moved here. It was the first time we ordered at the Grants Pass KFC. The 8 pc bucket was SO SALTY I wouldn't even let our little dog eat any even after I removed the skin! We threw the bucket away. I have eaten KFC in several states, and this was the saltiest I have ever tasted! Something is terribly wrong here...The manager or ownrr needs to TASTE the product their employees are putting out. It is almost criminal.

In California we don't get butter and honey with a meal, and the biscuits are either gummy or hard. The biscuits here were actually soft and fluffy. The apple pie things were pretty good too.

God I wish I had a different place to buy chicken from, even a different location. They are overwhelmed even when no one is there and still manage to mess up your order and forget half the things. Always forgetting sauces and utensils too!

If they have you swing around to wait be sure to ask how long it'll be... I kid you not - we were waiting over an hour for our order. May 22nd there were ALOT of people in front of us in the same boat. Our order was not a large one.

I've been a fan of KFC since my first taste in 1966, but today I had the worst chicken ever. I ordered the 12 piece meal, original recipe, and was served over cooked chicken, totally dried out. I love KFC chicken, but have second thoughts about this one in Grants Pass.

Me and my family come here atleast once a month, it has never let us down. One of our favorite places to go for a quick delicious bit! Today was beyond exceptional our server Kenneth was very polite and patient even with incisive kids.

Long wait time in the evenings, cashiers don't get prices right ( sometimes it's the 3rd time before we get the right price. Missing items several times.
