The food is amazing! But the customer service is terrible. They added spicy salsa to entire plate of tacos that was supposed to be no salsa, and refused to acknowledge the error or remake the tacos. Had to toss an entire meal in the garbage. I will never spend my money there or recommend them to anyone again as I have in the past. There are far too many other good Mexican places that have excellent customer service in town.

This is absolutely THE SPOT to go in Grants Pass! Lupitas is a hidden GEM and a must stop at when in town! No other spot holds a candle to Lupitas! Delicious food and AMAZING service, EVERY TIME!! Always feel like family, welcoming and always smiling! It's the only spot in town I recommend to my friends, family, and anyone who'll listen!

This is HANDS DOWN my Favorite Mexican Restaurant in the entire Rogue Valley! Run by a wonderful family, Lupitas offers THE BEST and most authentic food around.....better than ANY other by far! I'm a huge fan of their Deluxe Carne Asada Burrito, packed to the gunwhales with delicious marinated grilled steak done to perfection. It's HUGE! You get a lotta bang for your buck at Lupitas.....a ton of food at a great price! Cinco Estrellas mis Amigos!!!!
