I know upper management was in here today cuz my QP was fresh and hitting. Usually this McDonald’s not as performing as the one off 199. I will give them 3 stars. If they can do it again I’ll change my rating.

Service is good. Food is always what you would expect. Wish they had a couple vegetarian options, like a regular burger but with a veggie patty. Or even some veggies nuggets. Kids play area is usually quite dirty. I get it, it's full of kid's and kid's are messy, but it is not uncommon to see overflowing trash cans, dirty tables, debris all over the ground and the like. It's not a relaxing time for sure. You will usually have a minor case of shell-shock afterwards with the kid's screaming in a room that echos like crazy, the tablet games with maxed out volume, the overhead radio playing whatever it feels like, and the jumping pole-spring thing that sounds like a jackhammer anytime someone decides to use it.

Edit: I changed my mind. I ordered Breakfast at 10:18. Drive past the Allen Creek McDonald’s.. and arrived at 10:32 to find that my order was cancelled and refunded. I’m forever giving up on McDonald’s after today. (Like you care McDonald’s)
Great! Can you guys please go over to the Allen Creek McDonald’s and teach them how to make a Steak Bagel? After eating a breakfast sandwich here, I realized that I haven’t had a legit breakfast sandwich from McDonald’s in many years… whatever they are doing at this location. Keep it up.
Long time dasher here, with all due respect i’ve been dashing in gp for 4 years now and can ya’ll just stick with a way of us confirming to you guys that its our order. It’s so annoying having to come in and having your employees hold the order from us because you decided to change the way you want us to confirm it to you. First it was nothing, then it was the last three letters, then its the last three, and you want us to confirm, and now you want the last three digits and watch us take the photo and then confirm it. Whats next you’re going to have to hire people to go on the deliveries with us to make sure? Its getting a little much. Just stick with the last three. Theres no way anyones getting those numbers to steal the order. Much respect to the owners and employees though. I'm not writing this in spite. McDonald's is usually the best place to pick up orders from they are fast and easy. But it makes us wanna decline your orders when its a bunch of bs to pick up lol.

The manager at this location was awesome. He told us that the substitution was being taken away but he found a way around it. So my wife got to have her food the way she wanted it.

Came for breakfast and left after waiting 15 minutes in line because the menu switched to lunch. We were there in line , but the employees had to keep running to let other customers into the restrooms. One employee was trying to take orders, open the bathrooms to customers, and push out food. It was chaotic, and frustrating to miss the breakfast menu because they are so overwhelmed by the homeless trying to use the restroom, that they couldn't properly get customers through the check out line. I felt bad for the understaffed workers.

My son and I used to go here on the weekend for breakfast and to play in the kids area. But it seems like everytime we go the kids area is dirty, like it doesn't get cleaned on a regular basis and we are usually there pretty early so its probably not happening . If you don't want to use the walk up order machine, your usually waiting atleast a few minutes until your being helped. And this is the only mcdonalds I've been in that charges for refills. Not coming back
