The manager at this location was awesome. He told us that the substitution was being taken away but he found a way around it. So my wife got to have her food the way she wanted it.
Came for breakfast and left after waiting 15 minutes in line because the menu switched to lunch. We were there in line , but the employees had to keep running to let other customers into the restrooms. One employee was trying to take orders, open the bathrooms to customers, and push out food. It was chaotic, and frustrating to miss the breakfast menu because they are so overwhelmed by the homeless trying to use the restroom, that they couldn't properly get customers through the check out line. I felt bad for the understaffed workers.

My son and I used to go here on the weekend for breakfast and to play in the kids area. But it seems like everytime we go the kids area is dirty, like it doesn't get cleaned on a regular basis and we are usually there pretty early so its probably not happening . If you don't want to use the walk up order machine, your usually waiting atleast a few minutes until your being helped. And this is the only mcdonalds I've been in that charges for refills. Not coming back

Terrible customer service 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru. they were two incompetent to get my order right so I had to park and go inside and wait even longer

Don’t go here. They refused to give me my nuggets and McDouble that they forgot to put in my order. I showed the receipt and the manager at the window claimed he gave me two bags(he didn’t). Worst customer experience I’ve ever had at McDonald’s.
Meh.... it's McDonalds. Always forgetting something. You get what you pay for though. Fast food equals fast service and no time for quality checking of bagged food. Average. Barely go here though.

The manager didn't acknowledge that we were even standing there about 5 mins later he asked one of his employees to help us at counter once there was a few more customers at counter, there was a line.

This is how I just received my breakfast burrito right out of the wrapper. Did someone think ripping off the dried ends would make it ok to serve? This is ridiculous.
Bathrooms not clean sticky floors. Kids play area was gross and sticky. Fries all over the floor where customers go and also in the back. Everyone not working just standing around. Service was really slow and came in spurts, no napkins had to ask. Also, why charge for a refill on a drink? I just paid over $80 for my family of 5 to eat dinner!! Kinda pissed me off. Also lady who brought out food had her hair all messy and didn't have a hair net on. Probably will not be coming back to THIS place.
