Kinda of upset. Went in and tried to oder food. We always oder of food a certain way. The manager told us that we could not do any substitutions. We told her every other place does it for us. So said no we can not do that here. So me and my wife left

Horrible service, very rude kept cutting me off when I asked for something than proceeded to only give me one item, every time I come here somebody’s always rude if they would just listen I wouldn’t have to keep repeating

Went through the drive thru to get food. They messed up my order 3 times before I gave up. First time gave me the wrong food. Then gave me what I thought was my food but missing nuggets and then got on the freeway just to notice a burger missing as well. Worst service. As someone thats worked in the food industry for years this was pretty sad.
