Don't know what it is I love panda express when it comes to Chinese for in grants pass I hate to admit it and I know im going to get some hate when I say it but here we go!!!! It don't get any better then this I have eaten at every Chinese restaurant grants pass has to offer and again not trying to start a war or anything but I always come back to panda express what I like to order is beef with broccoli orange chicken egg rolls more then one because I'm a fat boi by nature alway have alway will be and rice any kind will do and also chicken chow main when it comes to drinks it's easy ill drink just about anything not picky the older I get I think I'm becoming more simple I don't know! 😀 by the way I have never seen the workers move so fast in my life I love watching the cooking process anytime I can learn something new I chews too. Restaurant well keept and clean soda machine always ready to go!

Showed up at 9:30pm, and both doors were locked!! Big huge sign on the window that says new hours open until 10pm....well, I guess if you want drive thru only!! 👎 Big disappointment!! The sign should read drive thru only near closing hours.

Ordered drive thru and was told they were still cooking new batch of chow mien. Was asked to pull around and wait out front for 6 minutes, so I did. 15 minutes later they bring my food, but the noodles aren't even warm. Literally UNCOOKED noodles served to me. And to rub salt in the wound skimpped me on the sides of meat. 4 shrimp and 4 pieces of chicken that didn't even halfway fill the spot in the tray.

Panda Express is always consistent no matter what city. We were in town for the weekend and had it delivered to the hotel. Great food and great service.
Ordered a bigger plate last night, 2 Beijing beef and 1x black pepper steak. Recieved 1x of each with no notice of it being changed to a regular plate and no issuance of a refund.
Do not pull in front of the store to wait, they will mess it up every time.

Always filthy. I can't recall seeing anyone ever clean the tables or floor. The last couple of times I was there they did not have the usual sauce but instead had sauce packets....it was terrible. When they did have the usual sauce, the food is just okay. Grants Pass desperately needs a good Chinese restaurant option.

This was the worst Panda Exspress I have ever eaten at. Portions where definitely small. My chow main noodles ALL VEGGIETALES. My grilled chicken was almost all fat as well. Carbon at drink station was wrong( tasted to sweet) and the employees where a lil rude. I will never go back to this one.
