I phoned in an order and reached someone in the Philippines, they had trouble placing the order with the computer, bite the bullet hire more workers so you can man your own phones, because I had trouble understanding most of the specials that I asked about! Bring it back local!

Worst experience I've ever had with a carry out order. The gal at the cash register was extremely rude, sarcastic and unprofessional. I was shocked at how I was treated after spending about $60. I submitted an online complaint, haven't heard back. I called the store manager, Gil. I'm not confident he will resolve my issue. Pretty ridiculous. He offered nothing for my poor experience, not even a coupon. Customer service is not what it used to be.

Ordered online 2 hrs early so I would receive my order at 1pm. arrived at 1:25 pm. my order also include a bottle of Dr Pepper and I received Pepsi. No apologies was even given. Not happy
Every single time I have ordered here. They mess up the pizza I order. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with pineapple on half of it. They gave me cheese and pineapple, and half pepperoni.. I know it doesn't seem like a big deal but my childern always get upset. This is my only day off with them.. and this was there dinner to go with the movie I watch with them. Not to mention it was half an hour later then they said it would be here. Love the taste of this pizza but will probably be getting pizza elsewhere now.

I received chicken wings when I ordered chicken poppers. When I called to get some resolution, I was told that’s what the lady who took the ordered “assumed” I wanted by the quantity ordered. I just doubled to popper order. Basically told it was my fault and nothing to be fixed.

So I ordered pizza like an hour n ago , and was wondering why they hadn't been to my house yet ... I told them I would pick it up this time and totally spaced it. They called me n I explained n was on my way , I get here and because it had been so long they went ahead and remade my entire order for me so it was fresh and hot !!! That was absolutely amazing of them , they even stayed open a few min extra for me to get here . Outstanding guys thank you so very much . Who ever was working new years night needs a raise or a bonus they went above for me .!!! Thank youAnd the food was delicious like always ....
