I called to place an order and was asked if I could be put on a “brief hold.” I was on hold for 10 minutes! When I hung up and called again and told them I was out on hold for 10 minutes, who ever I was talking to acted surprised and said they didn’t know who did that to me. I placed my order and was told it would be done in 15 mins. I get there and pay and my pizza hadn’t even been started to be made! Keep in mind I ordered a simple pepperoni pizza.
Not only was I put on hold for 10 minutes and forgotten about but when I arrived, my order hadn’t even been started. There was only 2 other customers inside so it’s not like it was busy at all.
In my opinion it seemed like the employees did not care about my terrible experience.

My daughter in law order the gluten free, dairy free and no sauce pizza. The taste was good, but the amount of toppings were minimal. Very little cheese and very little mushrooms, chicken, olive, green pepper. It was a 12 inch I think. The cost for this pizza ( raw) was $27. Don't think she will be ordering again

We order on the app, so the crew always has our order ready to go- the employees at our location are always, always so friendly and prompt. They have a way of making you feel like you're in an old school, small town pizzeria- I *loved* that feeling back in the 80's, and it's a spirit that's well & alive in Grants Pass. They always stop what they're doing to go right over and grab your order- you feel prioritized and cared for. An unusual sensation in today's world! Oh, and also I had a birthday reward through the app- it took off more than half of our order total... pays to hook up through the app for sure!
