Ordered food ahead of time, came to pick it up. We ordered garden salsa sun chips but they were unfortunately out of stock. The wonderful workers here gave us two bags of regular sun chips and two extra cookies on top of one that I ordered. They even wrote us a note on the cookie bag. Amazing customer service. Food was great as well.

I DoorDash from here a lot but recently had a really good experience with them. When opening my delivery I had a really sweet note wishing me a good day (which I was having a bad day) and it truly put a smile on my face.

I love Pita Pit! I am still working through the menu even though I have been in there several times and will keep coming back. I order build a pita, or just keep working through the menu board because having them made as listed are always exceptionally tasty! It is joyful and scrumptious to add so many fresh vegetable toppings, to choose different sauces and just mix up the flavor pallet each time. I enjoy how accommodating the team is that works behind the counter and the camaraderie that they have built is felt by the customer. What a great food place, what a great meal, and the cookies are delicious!!! Have I said I love Pita Pit, I will say it again and say it LOUD!!

Jess, the “owner” was extremely rude. Absolutely no customer service skills and just wanted to argue about toppings. Told us to “file a complaint and it’ll be the first one she’s had in 10 years” no professionalism whatsoever.

Love the vibe and decor. Lots of seating and lighting. Clean. The food is great! One of the girls behind the counter gave me a lot of good ideas for what I got and could get next time!
With how busy they looked the three behind the counter were doing amazing each helping me and working as a team together!

Great food and staff, always friendly and pleasant. Only thing I noticed that needs attention is the HVAC the intake filters and exhaust fans are horrendous. The owner of the building should be taking care of this.
