Fast Service
Service was great. However, servers need to remember that at the big corner tables, guests find it difficult to reach the opposite side to retrieve food. Burgers were great. Shake was yummy. Fries were tasteless.

We just ordered orderves. The brussel Sprouts were to die for. Price was right.

Every time we go to red robin the service is really bad. Food was always good! Today was pretty strange though...we drove all the way over there and the guy up-front (as people are walking out the door saying "we'll come back later") he walks away and tells us he'll be right back. We stood there for a few minutes before he got back just to tell us that we have to leave because they had a power outage and just got their power back on......okay???? He said we could come back in 30 minutes. Why couldn't of we ordered? You dont need internet to cook food. By the time we would've finished eating, it would've been atleast a half an hour. Plus why did he make us wait before telling us that??

The buger was underwhelming. There was way too much mayo..my grandchild got bottomless fries and float. The 3rd fry ( didn't eat anything else) they put in to go container when we were not ready to go and had not asked for the container

The service was great, but the food was just marginal at best. The chicken on the burger was overcooked rubber and not edible. However, they did remove it from the bill. They offered to replace it, but everyone else on the table of 10 people were done with their meal.

The people are nice. The food 3 burgers and fries took 40 minutes to show up to our table. The French fries were cold, they brought new ones which were very good. Just took a long time to get our food here as opposed to other Red Robin's.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible from the car. Spots are right up front. There is no button for the door if you are alone.

Great never ending fries!

So, sometime recently, Red Robin decided to start charging three dollars to substitute a veggie patty on their burgers. How can a veggie patty cost more than meat? Its totally ridiculous and a rip off actually. Two burgers and a half a stack of onion rings, and the check came to $50 and change. Are you kidding me? How do these restaurants expect people to keep coming to them with prices like that? These corporations are forced to pay their workers a living wage. And what do they do? Stick it to the consumer instead of let it affect their bottom line, it sucks.

I used to get excited to go eat here. But the last 3 times here, the experience was horrendous. We were forgotten about, got our food hours later. I gave 2 extra chances after the 1st horrible experience. That was a bad idea. The service is so horrible that I will never be going back. The last server we had was so rude to us. I requested someone close the blind because I was being blinded. Nobody did, so I did. Only for the server to open it back up to purposely blind me. And believe me it was on purpose, my children even said something about it. Never again will I visit this establishment, and neither will our friends and family. Good job Red Robin's, you lost some loyal patrons.
