Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

The food is always hot and delicious. The fries are warm and lightly salty, just perfect for me. The garlic broccoli is one of my daughter's favorites. The wait staff are usually quick with drink refills. On the rare occasion that a mistake is made, they fix it quickly.

this place has gone down hill hamburger was like rubber fries cold waitress was very rude and was over priced I have had a Wendy's burger better than this place the only thing good here was the water

You can’t go wrong with Red Robin. There’s a great selection of burgers,sandwiches, salads and more … each choice is a delicious option. Friendly atmosphere and attentive staff. You won’t leave hungry, guaranteed!

Came in for dinner Wednesday night with my son everything was great but the Hostess! Morgan and Riley did a fantastic job taking care of the guests. They were both triple sat by a hostess who had absolutely no business being there by herself. I watched the hostess walk back and forth from the lobby to the dining room with a deer in the headlight look on her face multiple times. She let the lobby fill up and then sat everyone at once. Inexperience like that is what causes bad service and poor reviews. Morgan and Riley deserve props for being the only 2 servers on and still taking care of their guests!

We go there after shopping. They have some gluten free options which is great for me. Food is good, service can be good depending on the day.

Took 30 mins to get us in when I was told 10 mins. Then took them over 35 mins to get food out. By far the slowest and shittiest service I've had in all of grantspass. FYI I made this post in store actively waiting for my food.

I frequent this Red Robin because of their chicken wings.. As you know it is pretty much impossible to eat them without making a mess. For the last couple of months, they have been telling me that they are out of hand wipes. That's a problem when you are covered in sauce. I checked on Amazon and they are available, next day delivery for $29 for 1000 of them. Maybe we should start a Go-Fund-Me page to help them buy some.
