Best food and environment we have had since leaving Phoenix 90 days ago. All we can say is WOW!

Seafood pasta and apple salad delicious. Meatloaf was good but the bacon wrapping it was charcoal. Server apologized and offered a free dessert or reduction in bill. Excellent service. Nice live music and atmosphere.

We ordered chicken nuggets for grandson very dry, my husband ordered a ribeye med rare it was like a Breakfast steak(thin) and it was cooked well done. I ordered rare + it was well done. They took it back brought 2 more the same both steaks cooked incorrectly. We have eaten here before with no issues. The manager has no clue on how to be a manager. He should have came up to the table and made it right instead of leaving the waitress to handle it.

Have eaten here several times and each time is suburb. Rather drive from Medford to eat here than suffer bad food in Medford.

We celebrated our 28th wedding anniversary at Rivers Edge, and everything was perfect! The fried artichokes, filet, and the creme brulee were all delicious, and the service was outstanding. The view is unbeatable, and even though it was a little chilly & overcast, we were very comfortable on the covered patio with the heater!

Last minute patio reservation. Our server was professional and friendly. The drinks and food were top notch.

Didn’t get napkins even though we asked for them. We got appetizers this time- steamed clams, fried artichoke hearts, and calamari. The steamed clams were good, the calamari and artichoke hearts were very under-fried and greasy (worst I’ve ever had). Beautiful atmosphere and very polite staff but for paying so much I felt it should have been better.

You pay a little more for the great view of the river. Food has been very good Everytime we've been there.

Best wedge salad I ever had. Steak fettuccini had a wonderful sauce that just made the dish.
Service was great, no hovering but there when you needed it. I believe our server was Ricky.

Excellent service the waitress was very accommodating. The food was delicious and the desserts were both interactive and scrumptious! A must go.

We were seated quickly but we did have a reservation. The tables around us sat dirty for nearly the whole time we were there. They took 20 minutes to bring water and did not check back. They seemed frustrated that we wanted dessert. I have had better service during their busy time.

If I could leave minus 5 stars, I would. We went to the Rivers Edge for a special dinner on our wedding anniversary. The service was abysmal. When we got our food, we sat for 10 minutes because we had no napkins or silverware. We finally flagged a hostess down and she brought us silverware. By then my 54.00 lobster tail was cold. My husband had the chicken breast and it had no flavor at all . All in all a huge disappointment on our special night.
