Gorgeous location, lovely seating arrangements, and it ends about there. Don't typically write long reviews but was frustrated with this place. Wasn't particularly busy during the weeknight that we went. We had a reservation and no table was ready when we arrived. The 3 of us waited at the bar, enjoyed some cocktails, no big deal. 20 minutes later we were escorted to our table, brought water and ignored for another 20 minutes before bread was brought and we were able to order. Another 20 minutes goes by, our waiter checks in and I ask about our appetizer (it was forgotten). Appetizer was comped, dinner arrived (late due to one dish being burned and remade), food was ok (pasta and seafood overcooked) good flavors. We were also comped a dessert as well. Walked out with a $180 bill for 4 alcoholic beverages, 3 entrees, and 2 desserts. Poor service, mediocre food, wild for a ‘high end' restaurant.

The service, food & drinks were all good. Hopefully we can dine here again in the near future.

We treated some senior friends to a night out! This was the perfect place to create an unforgettable experience for them! To see the joy, calm, relaxation and excitement when we were served our meal, was worth every penny! Thank you for a beautiful memory for us all!

Food was excellent!! Service was great once we had any- we waited 15 minutes before anyone asked us if we wanted a drink.

We loved our dining experience at Rivers Edge last evening. The table by the river, watching the sunset and great food and wine made for fun with family and friends

Incredible. We loved that we could take our Dog tool. Plus a dog menu, incredible. Our food was outstanding and service was stellar. We will be back

Rivers Edge continues to be one of my favorite restaurants in Grants Pass. The service was good and the food remarkable. It's a bit pricey, but within the ballpark of other, good quality restaurants on the West Coast.

The food was excellent in taste and presentation, as were the drinks. We both chose from the appetizer menu. We had Wasabi Steak Tender, Roasted Beet salad, and Stuffed mushrooms. My friend had never been to the Rivers Edge and he was very impressed. He is GF and remarked he would be bringing some of his family there for the dinner menu. Our server was so friendly and attentive. She had good recommendations on food and wine choices. Her name was Aydan. Kudo's to her. We chose to sit outside and listen to the river flow by. The scenery is beautiful. However, it was a very hot afternoon. (yes, we could have sat inside) Some type of fan or mister overhead would have been nice.

We sat outside, they provided little fans for the flying bugs. The weather was nice and being next to the river was a bonus. Food was outstanding we had the Sunday brunch. A few days earlier we had lunch that was excellent too.

A long wait to take our order. Food arrived 2 minutes after our order and before the bread rolls and wine. We thought they were serving the wrong table. We asked for fresh vegetables and order initially came with potato.

We dropped in for a late lunch and were pleasantly surprised—both the food and service were excellent. The riverside setting added a relaxing touch, and the best part? Layla got to order right off the menu like a true VIP. Great experience all around

We enjoyed a delicious dinner here on a recent trip to Southern Oregon. The view was a perfect compliment to our incredible dinner. I had the seafood pasta, which they serve in summer with a light, bright hint-of-lemon sauce and full of seafood, scrumptious! My husband had the oso buco, which was flavorful and falling off the bond tender. His only objection, more carrots and cook them longer! Service was top notch and the drinks were perfect! Overall and amazing, not-to-miss experience!
