I have ordered food from them twice. The first time, I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes and ended up waiting more than 30. I was the only person getting food . Some of the food was cold when I got it because they’re taking so long making the rest that the first half was already cold. The second time I ordered food from them, I placed it through their online service. It immediately told me that the food was ready, which I knew was not true so I waited 20 minutes and then called to see if it was ready for pick up. At that point I had to convince first an employee (who tried her best to be helpful but obviously did not have the tools that she needed to be able to be able to do her job effectively), And then the manager who insisted they had no order from me. They tried to convince me for ten minutes that I need to talk to door Dash when I did not have door Dash involved in anyway. I did not place it through doors dash site or app this is entirely through Sam’s Place website. After about 10 minutes of arguing, he finally takes the time to actually check their system and realizes that yes they actually do have my order in their system this whole time they just haven’t been making it. He then gives me another 20 minutes to wait. I show up to get the food, it is still not ready and they are all rude. I was very patient with them while they sorted through their systems and I was very polite and I had already tipped.

Seems more like a storage area attached to the back of a convenience store than a restaurant. There was a sign about Indian food on the door, but the menu just had bar food and they didn't have the groceries to make the menu items.
