Went for breakfast on my birthday 11/26 at 10am and the guy Kyle working drive through was very rude, kept giving dirty looks and scoffing, he barely said a word even when we said thank you he didn’t say you’re welcome at all.

Went in at 2pm exact to get a drink waited for 10min for the dd pepper with vanilla the girl Taylor was standing there at the window now mind you she is an assistant manager who stood there on her phone not making the drink or even acknowledging someone at the window for a drink

Was excited to be an Oregon where there was a sonic and was able to get my strawberry lime made.Except for it was the most disgusting unflavor seltzer water tasting Strawberry lime aid i've ever had.
Sonic is a great place for their wonderful specials they have every day of the week. There are slushies are out of this world if you need to get something cold to drink and really quick Sonic is the place to go I love the old drive-ins there's not too many left however Sonic is here to stay so come on out and support your local Drive-In.

Basically what went wrong is they charged us for a corndog kids meal, but we ordered the tenders kids meal, forgot the tenders completely. Then they forgot ALLLL of our sauce, ranch ketchup etc. The corndog was cold in the middle. But they are definitely getting a secret shopper email 🥰😇

I’m in the emergency room and was hungry so my boyfriend offered to go get food for us. Not only did they forget the things I wanted on my sandwich but they gave me the wrong sandwich. I was shocked and shed a few tears. I was so excited to eat a crispy chicken and we have a receipt for one beef sandwich and a chicken sandwich. We never even got the chicken sandwich. yes, I called- nobody bothered to answer. My boyfriend also told me when he pulled in the workers were outside with their friends, not working.
We have had minor issues there but there’s no excuse for giving us a totally different order. 😞 Super disappointed.
