Still love my coffee but the culture of this shop is toxic and extremely SLOW! If I have anything that is time related I have to go to Dutch

I love most of the Starbucks barista as they usually are very customer oriented. But the one in this store is beyond ridiculous. The lady I talked to sounds like she just need to pick up a totally uninvited argument. I even have to double check whether it’s my school jersey, my car, my accent, or my skin color that offend her to deserve such a rude treatment. It is just SO So SO bad. They don’t even have any customers in the store at that time to make excuse for their busyness.
Up to earlier this year I have been documenting all the Starbucks stores I have ever visited globally. Now I’ll use up all the remaining 70 dollars in my Starbucks card and cut Starbucks out of my life forever. Very negative experience to even deserve one star

I had a horrible experience here, they need some customer service training help .
I was asked how to make my drink a few times I just kept explaining I’m not sure .. since it was so complicated I decided not to get it and just get my breakfast but when I pulled up to the window she wouldn’t say hello or one moment or take my payment I just sat there for a while and nothing so I just left. It’s just bad service. I don’t know how to make a lavender white mocha but I bet you guys do. Also every time I come just to this store I ask for the pesto breakfast sandwich and they always say egg or turkey. We can definitely be sure the breakfast one has eggs guys . We have a new Starbucks in town and I’ve never had these issues here so I’m hopeful this can be fixed.
Slow, super slow, molasses slow, so slow I watched bird poop dry on my car. Carrie was also semi nice semi rude. Probably will choose Dutch now

First time in to Starbucks and the guy who took my order was very kind and very knowledgeable about his work space. Now days most customer service places you don't get good service I will definitely come back just for his great customer service. Starbucks he deserves a rasie. Thank you for being so kind on a very hard day for me.

I’ve been coming here for about a year and I get the same drink every single time. And I get it usually at least once a day. It used to be amazing, every single employee knows who I am bc I order the same drink. But as of lately (the past 2 weeks) the same drink I’ve ordered for a year is being made wrong and differently everytime. And there is one specific window worker that is actually rude everytime I get her at the window. I’ve been nothing but nice and kind bc this is my local Starbucks and I get it every day. Today she handed me a tri size iced coffee that was covered with coffee on the lid. And she purposely made it spill all over my hand. She has been getting more rude everytime. Everyone else is so kind except for her. But still i feel like they are purposely making my drink wrong at this point. I could go into detail about how that’s happening but the point is, it’s the same people , who know my car and my order that are all the sudden sabotaging my drink.

Awful Starbucks wouldn’t let me use the bathroom until I bought something even though I was with a group of 4 others who all bought coffees. Not cool. This place sucks
Just had a cup disintegrate in my hand after receiving it. Burned my hand and now I’m gonna have to deep clean. Completely poor example of product quality control.
