The manager Ricky and the baristas are all excellent. You can tell they enjoy working together and have a great attitude. It's always a mood booster to visit this location. Perfect for a pick-me-up right before work or on a lunch break. Always cleanly, quick service and friendly.
15 minutes waiting in store for my coffee before I asked if I had been forgotten, over a quarter hour waiting inside is unacceptable. I timed the drive through, 2 minutes - so where is the fairness in that? No real apology, just told they are training, still too long taken in my view.

Great coffee and food. The baristas are wonderful and very helpful. Seating is available both inside and outside. The coffee shop is clean and quiet. A nice place to work or meet with friends to just talk and enjoy a nice coffee without a lot of noise.

I wanted a cold drink so I went through the drive thru. It was delicious and perked me right up.
Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever received at a Starbucks. Coffee was so hot we couldn’t drink it, with no flavoring after paying for extra sweet. They put inside orders on hold to take drive thru orders. And actually admitted it to us. When we went back through the drive thru with the store almost empty we were treated horribly by what appeared to be the manager. By staying in the drive thru we did finally get our order. Amazing how fast that happens. Never returning to this store again.

My 4-star review in 2021: A very conveniently located Starbucks with easy parking. The staff is very good but not outstanding. The coffee and spinach wraps are what to expect from just another Starbucks. Yes, I was satisfied with a Starbucks breakfast pick-up as my first ever stop off interstate 5 in Grants Pass.
TODAY IN 2024: The experiences I had here stopping in both directions on my SanFrancisco-Eugene roadtrip makes it hard to believe that I gave 4 stars. The staff certainly was welcomingly outstanding in both stops. Having been to about 40 different Starbucks’, this is hands down the best postCovid Starbucks and 2nd best overall [that El Cajon, California experience of dazzling fun with Covid procedures just amazing beyond belief.] On this trip stopping here early after leaving our Ashland hotel was certainly the right decision. We easily knew to stop here on our way home after leaving Eugene early, and we had a great repeat experience. Obviously I appreciate the 5 am opening that allowed us to jump in the truck from the hotel and forfeit the hotel breakfast due to leaving too early. This is a truly great Starbucks.

We stopped here on our way to Portland, OR. I quickly finished my work while my husband enjoyed his cappuccino. Now, we're heading back to Sacramento, CA, and once again, we have the opportunity to stop here. It's a nice Starbucks with a great atmosphere.
