My friends and I were looking for one of their wallets on Wednesday November 12th. We knock on the door and went through the drive thru to speak to the workers if they happened to see a wallet. Everytime we came and attempted, the workers looked at us and proceeded to walk away and refused to speak with us. We just trying to find my friends wallet :(

Slow to acknowledge guests- Stood at the register for well over a minute before anybody even said hello. Let alone take my order. slow to make a simple latte. No other guests in the store with three barista‘s and drive-through line had maybe two cars at 7:20 am

Consume consume consume. Overpriced coffee that is consistantly delicious but the self loathing from giving a penny to the big corporations lingers like the heartburn does when i get coffee elsewhere. Make your own coffee at home and dont contribute to the ruination of our earth.

I asked for light ice in my drink for the first time. I feel like I got less coffee than normal since the cup was half foam. The drink usually has very little foam. Is there a way to get light ice and still have a full cup? It is just a lot of money to pay for a half cup of coffee.
