“We went into the subway on 6th street in Grants Pass on 2 different occasions, and a young man named Kai helped us. He....was....AMAZING!! His more than stellar customer service skills made our visit the best one I've ever experienced. It's not very often that I have a positive experience with most of the restaurants in Grants Pass because of the young kids they hire and their inability to interact with people the right way. Normally, I'm not even greeted when walking through the front door but they broke the mold with Kai. Subway is lucky to have him as an employee and should be thanking God for him. Lets just hope that they treat him as well as he performs. Thank you Kai for your amazing service!! You should be proud of yourself and don't ever sell yourself short!! Your going to do amazing things!!“

“The service was great! He was friendly and helpful and really tried to engage us while making our sandwiches. I was disappointed that the veggie patty was discontinued. A sandwich without meat should be a lot less than the meat ones. The comfy benches are a nice touch.“

I understand it’s “fast food”, but you should be ashamed of yourselves. If you’re understaffed, management works. If management can’t work, the franchise owner works. Get off your high horse and earn YOUR money like she had to tonight. Sad to see good workers subjected to bad management. What a pity.“
