He definitely makes this the best Taco Bell in town just with his customer service. The food could suck and we would still give this Taco Bell a five star review because of Toby. “I’ve lived in GP my whole life, and eaten at this Taco Bell hundreds, probably thousands of times at this point. The staff is always friendly and efficient, the wait is always reasonable - save for occasional staffing issues - and most importantly, the food is ALWAYS on point.

They never, ever, ever make a mistake on my order. The few times they have they’ve gone above and beyond to correct, like full replacement order with bonuses kind of fixing. I often get a “welcome back” from some particular staff members, which I really appreciate at these brutal service jobs.

I do occasionally find my food is a little “lightweight”, so better training could probably be done to ensure consistency.

I’ve been with you guys a long time as a loyal customer so it’s time I pay my dues!“
