“I’ve lived in GP my whole life, and eaten at this Taco Bell hundreds, probably thousands of times at this point. The staff is always friendly and efficient, the wait is always reasonable - save for occasional staffing issues - and most importantly, the food is ALWAYS on point.
They never, ever, ever make a mistake on my order. The few times they have they’ve gone above and beyond to correct, like full replacement order with bonuses kind of fixing. I often get a “welcome back” from some particular staff members, which I really appreciate at these brutal service jobs.
I do occasionally find my food is a little “lightweight”, so better training could probably be done to ensure consistency.

“I dont know who was working tonight, but for the first time in a very long time I truely enjoyed my food. Everything was fresh, the perfect amount of sauce and right amount of crunch. It was as good as it used to be pre corona. Keep up the good work and train your other employees the same way!!!“
