It's Taco Bell, so no need to comment on food or atmosphere. But, it's Taco Bell without convenience. You have to wait in line to ask an employee to escort you to the bathroom and open the door. They won't even give you the code. I resent this immensely, and for this reason will avoid Taco Bell, and this location in particular. I am not in Kindergarden. No customer service ethic AT ALL. 0 stars if I could.

Tried to stop here for road snack. Sister waited fifteen minutes for access to bathroom. Once in, no toilet paper. 🤬 I stood in line at kiosk during that time but tgere were four people ahead of me that were trying to navigate the ordering process. They hollered for help, staff replied it would be a while... line never moved so we left.

My husband and I went to Taco Bell last night.To pick up two cantina bowls with extra chicken which they charge us a dollar fifty extra on both plates. Also to chulipas. When we got home to rogue River and he opened up his meal and mine.There was hardly any chicken on it. He get. S this all the time for lunch and it was less chicken than just his regular portion of chicken at lunch time. I called down there and explain the situation and explained that we had just been there.But now we're out in rogue river and the girl accused us of trying to get extra chicken for food. She was very rude to me. She said, I would have to bring my meal all the way back to Taco Bell tonight.In order to show them that , it did not have enough chicken. Then she changed her story and said that she was the one that made up our plates and said that she had put four scoops. I put the chicken in a measuring cup lightly packed and it was only a quarter cup, again, lightly packed. I own 2 businesses and we were out working late.And there is no reason why I would try to rip them off for a 1.50 of chicken but evidently taco bell enjoys doing that or their employees do. They are incompetent!

Good Girl
So last Friday night my kiddos and i were going through the drive thru as we waited at the window for like 10 mins 12 mins for our food . there was like 3 or 4 employees cornering their coworker working drive thru 1 would ask her if she was autistic then another would would be tellling her your autistic arent you ?.. then when this beautiful girl would say ummm no . They would start ugly loud laughingand say ya right and then turn around a walk away ! Totallly just bullying this girl . Then then 2of the girls would come back and make fun of the scars she had on her arms . And she was sooo beautiful and sweet ! You could tell they was hurting her feelings. It was sad ! And then back in the middle of june this same poor sweet girl 😢 i had go inside and i was waiting for my food i over heard this girls manger tell her . Ewe thats gross . Cover your arms up. !! I wasnt sure at the time what was talking about but im sure i know now ! 😭i will never go back ! Im not sure what kind of management “they have running this store ! But i think someone might needs to check in on it? Idk 🤷♀️

Messed my order allll up. Missing a bunch of tacos, gave me beef instead of chicken chalupas, 5 different things were wrong and/or missing. Didnt give me reciept sooo yeahh, Scammed me outta 50 bucks! The one on 6th st is better 😂

This is the second store in 3 days that I chose here in grants pass Oregon. Prices are at least double from last year. The kiosk ordering ft a shock. I found it difficult to operate
