It's okay for tacos when everything else is closed. But, it went bad when they took half the menu away, and came back with combos that only half the population in any crowd can eat. Essentially leaving people to spend way more, or order multiple combos to split between people as they trade stuff they can't eat for stuff they can.

Employees are not very friendly and do not take customers orders at the register or pay attention to the lobby as if no one out here exists
I’ve lived in GP my whole life, and eaten at this Taco Bell hundreds, probably thousands of times at this point. The staff is always friendly and efficient, the wait is always reasonable - save for occasional staffing issues - and most importantly, the food is ALWAYS on point.
They never, ever, ever make a mistake on my order. The few times they have they’ve gone above and beyond to correct, like full replacement order with bonuses kind of fixing. I often get a “welcome back” from some particular staff members, which I really appreciate at these brutal service jobs.
I do occasionally find my food is a little “lightweight”, so better training could probably be done to ensure consistency.
I’ve been with you guys a long time as a loyal customer so it’s time I pay my dues!

Food wasn't good tortilla were hard they missed part of the order
The drive through people are not always nice some of them are and some of them are so rude you work in CUSTOMER SERVICE weather you want to or not smile and be nice don’t roll your eyes when asked about sauce or a missing item that’s you’re job !

the food was delicious. however, my fiancée and i had to wait in the drive thru line for almost 45 minutes due to what seemed like the employees being understaffed, taking way too much time to make food, or just sitting around. i understand taco bell is probably not a great job, and ive worked in customer service myself, but this is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. either get more employees on shift or look into your current employees. it’s called fast food for a reason.

Orders are always wrong. Either they add things you asked to be removed IE tomatoes for me I'm allergic. Or they don't check orders and make you get what you ordered.

Hooked up a huge meal for under $10.. large ice water only $0.15 .. awesome!
Just got home with some food we ordered. Spent 25$ and the tomatoes on the crunch wrap supreme had mold on it. So I threw that away and grabbed my double beef Burrito to give a try. I took one bite and could taste that the ground beef had been out all day long. Disgusting! Threw the rest of my food away.
Am only in town for a few days, stopped by here to see some friends. This crew was so fast, quick and friendly, the shift lead has a great handle on his crew. Food was good, it's Taco Bell.

Terrible customer service very rude and unprofessional they are dirty and unsanitary them and the building foul is an understatement they have no idea how to carry themselves as humans, let alone should they be trusted to work and represent someone's business. I was very disappointed and disgusted
