We paid $24.94 for dinner, the pizzas were made with ransit grease. I tried calling but it just rang and rang, no answer. Very disappointing. I fear others will get sick. We normally enjoy taco bell. It was on 6th street location.

The workers here are very disrespectful towards anyone waiting in the lobby, you can wait 30 minutes while they serve the drive thru and ignore you. I saw a man inside yesterday wait way to long for his order so he was upset, he demanded a refund and they would not give him his refund. That is illegal. I have come in here and walked out countless times , with customers following behind me walking out frustrated. I cannot believe in this day and age that we can be so disrespected in a business and have no recourse for the treatment.

Tommy in the drive thru was a very nice young man. He made sure we had everything we needed and asked if we needed anything else. Our order and service was perfect. We often have missing items at other places. He is an amazing worker.

We went here after work to get a quick dinner for our kids, got in line with about 3 cars between us and the speaker to order. As drive thrus work, we were quickly blocked in. We waited over 30 minutes to have our order taken by AI, then over an additional 30 minutes to receive our food. When we got to the window after a couple minutes we were told that there were only two cooks working (while still accepting door dash orders and neglecting in person patrons) and got a mid “sorry.” I called corporate to complain and request a refund and was told I needed to call the store and speak to a manager. I’ve called the store 4 days in a row now without the phone ever once being answered. By far the worst experience we’ve ever had. We live a couple blocks from this Taco Bell and will never be going back.

Update: Just went there for dinner. Sat in line for over 20 minutes. When I finally was able to get my food and leave, it was cold. Not just not hot, Im talking COLD!!!
These guys are truly funny. I tried to order cheesy steak chalupas through drive through and was told they’re discontinued but the way the guy said it sounded straight lazy and like a lie so I went home and door dashed them from the same location 5 minutes later 🤣

It's okay for tacos when everything else is closed. But, it went bad when they took half the menu away, and came back with combos that only half the population in any crowd can eat. Essentially leaving people to spend way more, or order multiple combos to split between people as they trade stuff they can't eat for stuff they can.
